I am really thankful to them, including other RMT's, physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, for their treatments and advises so I can keep on running. In May this year (2016), I completed my 100th Half Marathon in Vancouver, in addition to the 33rd Full Marathon in Disneyworld. Without this clinic and everyone working there, I would never have been able to come that far. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

We inquired with Painpro about what happened with the booking process, and received a nasty email claiming that we are trying to commit insurance fraud by asking to make changes to the type of service provided (which we did not). Painpro refused to take ANY responsibility for this mistake claiming that they then sent two confirmation emails before the appointment. I sent them a copy of their emails which makes no mention the TYPE of appointment booked. In the last email I asked them to pull the phone call from their system to determine who is mistaken. It's been more than a week since I received the last response from them, which again show a lack of professionalism.

I believe this is the first location before the Front Street one. It expanded several years ago and…read morenow it has more treatment rooms plus two bathrooms. I also like how it has a glass door (wave to open) to separate the treatment areas from the reception waiting area. This place is where you can get massage therapy and acupuncture treatments. Each room is relaxing with tranquil or spa music being played (playlist is dependent on each practitioner). There is a basket to put your clothes and phone in the acupuncture treatment room. I see Dr Koh for acupuncture and she is wonderful. Very caring and she listens to your concern. In the past, I dislike needles so she usually uses baby needles or does more cupping on me. Now I still dislike needles but can tolerate them more, so I think she uses the regular needles on me now. Besides just cupping and acupuncture, she is a TCM, so she also takes my pulse to check how my organs/body are doing. She has suggested taking supplements and medicinal tea or avoiding certain food to help with the ailments. The front desk staff is always very friendly. Paid street parking out front. Sometimes I park at Anvil Center if there is no spots and walk across.

IT'S A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE, NEVERMIND THAT I'VE ONLY SEEN ONE!" Plus, I can always update this review once I see an RMT there... But for now, here's why it gets "Yay! I'm a (very enthusiastic, I might add) Fan!" 1. I saw Shaun Lemke. He was patient. He listened to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything he did. I appreciated his explanation and his demeanor. 2. I always used to say "I have never heard of someone who was healed by a chiropractor, but I know a lot of people who go all the time." As a result of Shaun's care, I know why they go. I'm inclined to believe that more often then not it's because it feels good, rather than because they need it. 3. You know when you see an RMT and you're like "man, I wish you would put a little more muscle into it?" Yeah, well, that's what chiropractors are for. 4. No B.S.? He healed me. When I walked in I was truly suffering from some neck woes that meant I couldn't look both ways evenly. I got about 90 degree rotation on the left, but only about 80 on the right. When I left, I could go 90 either way. So I'm a fan. The office assistant was nice, the place was clean, I was fixed and comfortable... and now I'll be back. Probably for that other neck thing he said he'd do when I was comfortable with chiropractic treatments. And after that? Well, my pinky hurts, so I should probably go get an adjustment.

Hi, My name is Raghbir Singh Randhawa. I am in my early 80's…read moreand have been living in Vancouver BC since my arrival in 1975. Professionaly I am a retired Certified General Accountant (currently known as APA (Accredited Public Accountant) As I have been an Office worker (sitting about 8 hours in a chair , exercising my fingers on the computer Keyboard most of the time) . Being a new immigrant I was more engaged in earning enough income to support my family and helping my children to get highest education to adopt a profession that will earn them a comfortable life style and serve the Society in a positive way. I could not find time to exercise or look after my health. As a result I developed some Heart problems. My feet have been very cold in winter and cold in summer. I have been to several doctors as well as a neurologist but could not find the solution for my cold feet. A friend of mine suggested Chinese Foot Massage. So I went on the internet and found Zi Wei Acupuncture & Physical Therapy located in Burnaby. As they had a sale on foot massage in July 2025. I made an appointment and went for the massage. I was very well greeted by Madam Van Jiao, Acupuncture Specialist (owner manager of the clinic) She started interviewing me and after a few minutes she advised me that they will be happy to perform Foot Massage but it will help only for a little while and If I want to have loger lasting relief I should go for an acupuncture. I hesitated as I never had acupuncture. But she convinced me and I agreed to accupuncure treatment. After the 1st treatment I felt a little relief and got good sleep. I took 3 acupuncture treatments and to my surprise my feet are warm and comfortable. I have been very impressed by Van's diagnostic ability and accurate treatment as well as their courteous, helpfull and friendly behaviour. I am sold on their knowledge, ability and courteous behaviour. I have already booked an appointment for my wife who has been suffering from back pain I strongly recomend Zi Wei Acupuncture & Physical Therapy and assure you that you will be very happy and Satisfied. I came here after a recent injury. About almost 2 months ago..... was hoping that I could "avoid"…read moredoing physio even if it took a little longer or more treatments (I was doing sports massage and acupuncture) But. What I noticed is while it did loosen the muscles the day of. The soreness after the treatment spanned days. In that time. I babied the shoulder. And it was basically one step forward one step back. I did notice a nagging pain first thing when I wake. This dead weight soreness that was dull and stiff. Taking me nearly half to an hour. To get the arm moving so I can get the covers off. The pain was breathtaking. Once I got moving it was fine. Unless I bump and elbow or extending my arm too far out or wrong angle. But the morning pain. Was an issue. And sleep. Well. I barely slept since the accident. I'm more passing out than sleep. I can't sleep. Cuz I sleep on my right. And it's my right shoulder that is injured. Roll onto it and bam I wake up. The pain takes my breath away. I lie there. Too sore to move but unable to sleep. So far the only thing that's comfortable is lying still in bed and watching tv. So I decided. Ohkaaaaaaaaay. I'll do physio. I got paired up with Anthony. He's nice. Very through and took his time figuring out which spots were bothering me. I was fairly surprised the first visit and subsequent visits were all the same price. Weird. Most places bill you more for the first visit. Sent me home with few exercises. The place is huge soooooo many rooms for patients. An open area for everyone to use exercise equipment. Lots of machines. It does seem like sometimes they may have more than one patient at a time. But honestly? If your doctor treats you and has you doing some exercise to practice. Do you really expect him or her to stand there while you do it? Or they can guide another person on theirs and come back to check on you? Someone was complaining on her about that. But it honestly isn't that big of a deal. Booking my own appointment is as super easy. They were closed (8:18 pm) when I finished my appointment. Hopped on the website and booed myself 4 spots for the coming two weeks. Cancellation here apparently is 24+ hours. So anything LESS than 24 hrs you have to pay for the visit. So I guess 48 hrs sound safer. They do open really early and stay late. So it is super convenient if you "work" I think the earliest they open is 6 am and Til like 8 pm so you really have no excuse for not being able to go unless you work 12+ hours a day I liked my visit. Will be back on Friday. THEY ACCEPT EVERYTHING AMEX MASTERCARD VISA UNION PAY DEBIT ETC
