The wine tasting machine is just genius, and our experience was totally enhanced by the woman helping us who was able to tell us the backstory on all of the wines we tasted, explain the flavours and notes, and describe the process of making different types of wine. Each sample costs anywhere between 3-5 Euros, and you get a pretty decent amount in each pour. It's good fun :P I also didn't realize at the time, but they have a really unique selection of wines. My friend and I found the most amazing red wine there, called Kairos, which is a blend of like 15 different grapes! We tried looking for the same wine in other Italian cities but could not find it anywhere, which was devastating. Come here if you want to learn about and try some delicious and unique wines! I would come here again in a heartbeat, even if it was just for a glass of that Kairos mmm mmm.

He makes you feel welcome and willing to let you taste some of his precious wines and spirits. This little wine shop is a great way to the Italian social life.

The tasting…read moreroom has a nice outdoor seating area and they look as if they have the ability to host large crowds. We had a beautiful sunset and our tasting overlooked the Mosnel vineyards which comprise of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Biano. I could choose from three out of a selection of five different styles of wines. A small plate of cheese and salami accompanied the tasting. I believe the family who owns the winery lives onsite. Also, I would have loved to have toured the cave and vineyards to learn more about the wines. I honestly felt rushed so the hostess could go home.
