Terrible service. Buy from here if you want to get scammed. I bought a 2004 Yamaha R1 from this shop and the shop claimed they would fix the throttle issue. I brought the bike back in to have the throttle fixed and when they returned it, it was worse than before. The "mechanic" swapped the R1 ignition coils with R6 ignition coils and put a bad TPS in. After doing this, the bike no longer ran and the store ghosted me. I have now spent $100 on new coils and $500 on repairs. Would never recommend this shop. read more

Sometimes the motorcycle sales world can be cluttered with misinterpretation and manipulation. However, there are times when you run across a motorcycle sales business that just works. Re-Cycles is that business. They are a straightforward, honest and dependable business. I recently purchased a 2002 Yamaha V-Star from Brian at Re-Cycles. This is the third bike I have purchased and the first from anyone in Texas. I found the shop through Cycle Trader and had never heard of the business previously. I spoke with Brian on the phone and then came out for a test ride. He was as open and honest as they come. Easy to talk to about any issues with the bike and he made the test ride process much simpler than most shops. I was able to take as much time as I needed to ride and inspect the bike. When I agreed to purchase, Brian had all the logistics done in house. Title, inspection, preparation, everything was done within a 24 hour period and most likely could have been quicker if I needed. I have been more than pleased with my purchase. The bike was priced right and has had zero issues. The entire purchase process was enough for me to write this review. But more so, the fact that I have a bike in great working condition and paid much less than I would have at any other shop made it a must for ne to draft this review. I would recommend Brian and Re-Cycles to anyone in the market for a bike, new rider or experienced. This place is also a collector's gold mind if you like rare equipment. Needless to say when I am ready there is no place I would rather go to for my next bike than Re-Cycles. My hat is off to Brian and his team! read more

I have been doing business with Re-cycle sales for several years now. I HAVE BOUGHT FIVE MOTORCYCLES from them in this time. About 6 months ago I went to them to get a tire mounted on a motorcycle. They mounted the tire for me and I gave the mechanic a 25$ tip for mounting my tire. About two weeks later I went back to get another tire mounted, when the mechanic saw me I was immediately greeted with anger, hostility and profanity then was told to turn around and get the hell out. I reported this to the owner which he could not care less and was told it was between me and that employee. That was about 6 months ago. I decided to go back and try to forgive and forget a few days ago. When I got there; I was greeted by the same employee with the exact same hostile treatment as before. Again I called and complained to the owner Bryan Drummond and again he couldn't care less and only said he would 'talk' to the employee. That is the most pathetic thing I've had a manager tell me. So if you lousy service, hostile attitude and to be treated like shit then by all means I would go there. read more
