HORRIBLE office and the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST DOWN RIGHT IGNORANT…read more They claim to help you but in the end there are no results . They advertise jobs but "these jobs are never available" even when you call the day they are posted .The jobs they try to push you into YOU ARE EXTREMELY OVERQUALIFIED FOR . They claim to never receive emails you send them ,WITH VERY PERSONAL DETAILS IN THEM . And the worst one of all is COURTNEY . She will look down on you like you are worthless and should be grateful for the fact she is even speaking to you . She never returns phone calls and when you call back gets irritated and is rude . Your better off going some where else . Save ur time and gas money . I have also had to file complaints with there corporate office and the BBB .

I've worked for several different Adecco locations. None of them have been great, but one employer…read morethat I wanted to get into contracted exclusively through them... Essentially, unless you were a applying for a very high level job, if you wanted a job with this company, you HAD to go through Adecco first. Then, I moved to a different area, so I figured since I already had a good extended working history with Adecco, I'd apply for jobs using a different branch- the Cranberry Twp branch. Well... The good news is, if you have marketable skills, they will try to get you work, as they make a huge profit off of each employee... Let's just say that you're only seeing maybe half of what the client is paying for you. First, Adecco takes a huge cut, then you pay taxes on your little half that you DO receive. You would never know just how much they're billing you out for unless you come across some of their client invoices while on the job- which I have. The BAD news about this office is that the senior recruiter, Leslie, will treat you like an unworthy piece of dirt... She seems to forget that HER "EMPLOYEES" are the only reason she has her job or makes any money. Still, she may act friendly when you first come in... Once you're on the job, you're dirt- and will be treated as such should you deign to call her with any issues, questions, etc. If you want to work for this office, I'd recommend buying yourself some knee pads and to practice bowing, crawling, and just basically leave any self-respect, self-esteem or pride at the door. You are nothing but Leslie's cattle, and should be damn grateful that anyone in that office helped you to find a position to begin with. And as for the money that they are earning off of you every week? Consider that the price you pay for them getting you an interview- it certainly doesn't entitle you to any customer service or personality on their part (or at least Leslie's part). There are 3 other employees there last I knew. The receptionist/admin seems nice enough. Terra is sweet- she is young and seems to genuinely want to help people... Maybe she's just not old and jaded like her miserable boss yet (yes, again, that would be Leslie). There is a third older recruiter who will at least be cordial to you- but again, don't expect anything more than cordial... She seems to be a Leslie-In-Training. All in all, the two stars I gave above are for Terra, who is a sweetheart, and for the admin, who has always been pleasant in my brief dealings with her. Wish this was on a 1-10 scale, as then a two-star rating would truly reflect the level of service you can expect from this office... Two out of five stars still seems far too high for an employment agency branch that has become the joke among its employees for its miserable, haggard old manager and her complete lack of regard for the people that are working everyday making consistent residual income for her and her branch.

Regarding value: -$1250 (what we paid to be insulted, argued with, and provided a pile of garbage. Now for any of you that know me... enjoy my snarky 2 cents. If you have an IQ below 50 (and wish to be treated as such), wish to have your time wasted, and want an unnecessarily lengthy set of documents full of jargon and antiquated language.... (I'm assuming this is done to try to impress their clients)... And, will be willing to redline your documents with a crayon because "it's their firm's policy to not send word documents", then have at it!! I feel as though I've entered the twilight zone. My husband and I tried 3 times to give this fellow VET (we are both Veterans) our business. And again, for those of you that know me, three times is above and beyond when it comes to my patience with incompetence. So, yesterday, I made a 3 min. phone call, and will now have proper documents in my hand tomorrow from a legitimate firm. The call went something like this: Me: Hey X, I and my husband need basic wills to cover us until we can complete estate planning. All assets are to transfer to the other upon death. Keep it simple and exclude the children. There is a bit more but I'll include it in the email. Lawyer: Ok, just email me all your info and if I have any questions I'll get back to you. Me: Thanks, will get it to you tomorrow. Happy New Year. Oh, and if you have a recommendation for a good estate attorney, we are looking. Lawyer: Let me give that some thought and see if I can recommend someone relatively close to you. Happy New Year, good to hear from you... Now how hard was that? #veteranowned #veterans #estateplanning

This is a scam! They do a great marketing presentation that is very reassuring. Once you sign on…read moreand write the check attorneys are dismissive and difficult to track down. Assistants eventually answer emails but getting clear concise answers is impossible. Everything is done in large workshops with few or no attorneys present or involved. We spent countless hours to get our estate plan finished only to find that the outcome that we were sold on and promised was not something that we could have done. Lots of gatherings and little gifts if you sign up for the Red Wagon Club for a $145 ongoing monthly fee They scare you into joining this. This is a very clever marketing strategy but for serious and competent legal advice please stay away. There are very few attorneys to service a growing business. I discovered that they are part of a group that uses a business model that is cut and paste. I am certain that no lawyer ever reviewed my documents. The staff is primarily made up of administrative assistants, not even paralegals. Stay away at all costs!
