I called several other companies that never returned my call. Donta was responsive and extremely professional answering all of my questions. Naj did a wonderful job at creating a design based on my list of "must haves" and my husband and I were impressed with the results. They were meticulous with the details and followed up for our feedback. This is our second project with them. The first job was clearing out our backyard and completing a full paver installation. I would definitely work with them again.

I'm not sure the attached pictures do justice to the amazing work that Donta and his Ridley's…read moreLandscaping crew did. We had a sewer line problem and had to have our yard dug up. The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

After receiving estimates from three companies to remove my above-ground pool and completely…read moreremodel my backyard, I ultimately chose Lazo Outdoors--and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. The project included removing the above-ground pool along with all of the dirt, sand, and gravel that supported it. I also wanted the area leveled and restored with fresh topsoil and sod. In addition, I wanted my attached deck, screened-in porch, and railings completely replaced. One important request was enclosing the underside of the deck to prevent animals from making it their home or shelter. I also wanted the screened porch upgraded with a ceiling fan and interior lighting, while the exterior would have three floodlights and illuminated railings. Lazo Outdoors wasn't the lowest-priced or the highest-priced company--they were right in the middle. One of the biggest reasons I chose them was their excellent reputation and the warranty they stand behind. The lowest bid came from an LLC that left me concerned about the quality of workmanship and whether they would still be around if I ever needed warranty service. Choosing Lazo Outdoors gave me confidence that I was making a long-term investment rather than simply selecting the lowest price. Carlos Fuentes was the lead contractor on my demolition and remodeling project. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. His craftsmanship, work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in his work are truly exceptional. Just as impressive was his communication throughout the entire project. He constantly made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the work and was always willing to answer questions or make adjustments to ensure everything met my expectations. The finished project exceeded everything I had envisioned. In fact, several of my neighbors were so impressed with the transformation that they contacted Lazo Outdoors for estimates on projects of their own. The attention to detail was incredible. Carlos and his crew installed a new three-switch panel inside my home, allowing separate control of the exterior lights, interior porch lights, and the Ring camera motion sensor they also installed. The ceiling fan remote was professionally mounted on the wall in the location we chose, and they even asked us what height we preferred for the fan before installation. They added three new electrical outlets--two inside the porch and one outside. The railing lights were installed with programmable timers that allow me to set them for day/night operation or specific on/off schedules. They also installed a new locking porch door, allowing us to customize the hardware to our preference. Throughout the entire project, Carlos made us feel like valued customers instead of just another job on the schedule. That level of professionalism is becoming harder and harder to find. People are often quick to write reviews when they have a bad experience. I wanted to take the time to recognize someone who delivered outstanding service. Carlos Fuentes is an incredible asset to Lazo Outdoors, and I will never forget the quality of work he performed or the way he treated us throughout the entire project. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and delivers exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service, I highly recommend Lazo Outdoors. They exceeded my expectations in every way.
