To be fair, I would like to add something to this post of mine. After reading my review, Andy, RDPsoft's owner, reached out to me and proposed to work with us to help solving the issues we were experiencing. That was a great piece of customer service greatly appreciated. The solution RDPsoft suggested has worked so far. The software has no stopped working since then and now at least we can retrieve our reports. I will update my rating to 4 stars, more for the customer service. read more
