Aside from being just super friendly, he also took his shoes off at the door because I'd just had the carpet cleaned. Top marks for thoughtfulness alone! Gary soaped and squeegeed all my windows to a pristine, streak-free finish. They looked like brand new when he was all done. Gary also sent me a receipt by email that I could provide the landlord to prove I'd had the windows done, something I've had trouble getting from other tradesmen (I'm looking at you, carpet cleaner dude).
