We had a hectic wedding with 260 guests and two separate venues for the ceremony/cocktail hour and reception, about 20 minutes apart. He handled all of it with so much grace, and the music felt completely seamless throughout the day. His energy is incredible. He was constantly smiling, hyping everyone up, and getting both us and our guests into party mode. So many people told us afterward that it was one of the most lit wedding crowds they had ever seen, and he deserves so much credit for that. He really knows how to read a room and keep people on the dance floor. The ceremony was seamless too, including all of the sound cues and transitions. We are an Indian couple, so one thing we had been slightly worried about was whether the Indian music would really hit, and he absolutely SLAYED that part too. He was able to cater to everyone and keep the energy high across different types of music. Most of all, he and his wife, who ran our photobooth, were just so much fun to have around. We kept saying afterward that we would genuinely be friends with them outside of the wedding. They brought such a joyful, positive energy to the entire day. I loved having DJ Big Cali at our wedding and would highly recommend him. DJ Jeremy was well prepared and well-spoken on our initial call, and we could tell he's extremely experienced in what he does. After we signed the contract, DJ Jeremy and his business partner and wife Jeannine sent over comprehensive guides of what they needed from us prior to our wedding date. It was very helpful to have organized requests and made it easy to share everything I was envisioning for wedding day, from ceremony music to cake cutting music to of course the dance floor music. He was extremely detail oriented, double checking with us on the exact timing of some of our selected songs (e.g. playing a song right as we had our first kiss). On the day of, it was so nice to hear all the fun music we chose throughout the day, like for cocktail hour and dinner. Jeremy even secretly coordinated ahead of time with one of our bridesmaids to play a snippet of a surprise song during one of the toasts, which was a very fun surprise.
