There was an undisclosed fee that I guess was a tariff but they don't let you know. So, I had to write a check for half the total costs upon delivery. I asked them to split it with me, and Jennifer refused. She yelled at me for sometime how this wasn't her problem. I would definitely avoid Canadian cedar because you just never know with the tariff situation. In this case the company said the tariff was an error, but good luck disputing a tariff, customs doesn't have a help line. not worth the risk!

I did this by myself and it took about 3 weeks. I did have some concrete work done so a river stone floor could be installed and the 240V wiring done by an electrician. I was ready to go in and try to rage my VIP Pro discount on it but since it was ultra on sale I couldn't add it on. The store has a vibe like the +30 year old past Canadian Tire that felt like a surplus business - so quite charming. I do find stock can be old or it could be defective, I once bought a 3M spray can and the glue wasn't coming out. Stepping back in they were prompt to refund me. Refund desk is in the middle of the store- setup like the old fashion sort of thing where returns were not mixed up with the cashier desk. Just a heads up for anyone shopping thru, this is an independent owned store- so returns are not flexibly available at other stores. So definitely consider if you're out of town, it may be difficult to return items. Shopping at this location takes a patient visit for me- because I'm definitely not used to the layout. So budget extra time if you need. Parking lot is spacious.
