I always considered myself a fairly healthy person however started to notice that my diet consisted of a lot of processed protein bars and not a lot (any?) of veggies. I was interested in working with someone one on one -- I had never had a private health coach and frankly wasn't sure if it was for me, but grew up an athlete and knew I responded better in a 'coaching' type of environment. I also appreciated Bridget's holistic approach to health and wellness. Under your wrap you can wear undergarments or a two piece. Cheryl started with my legs, using bandages she wrapped up each of my legs and then around my middle, my arms and up to my neck. The solution is warm and bandages are saturated in a mineral concoction that will help to draw the toxins out. Before she starts to wraps, she took measurements from all over my body. Then for about 30min, you hang out. I had to use this exercise machine to keep the blood circulating and then when the time is done, the bandages come off. I share this to not brag about myself, but to brag about Tiffany and our 2Fit tribe that shows up for a great workout, provides support every single week and the bonus is that we have so much fun along the way. Those who know me, know that I attend every single class possible that she offers, Monday through Saturday, and I never miss a day. This is not only because I need to, it is because I want to. If you have ever attended one of her classes, you will know that they are addictive. I love the challenge and the way that I feel during and after I attend class, but it is not only because of my body getting a great workout, it also just makes me feel good to be around others with a great attitude. I never knew I could have so much fun while sweating. She started out several years ago with Dance2Fit, and has added Tone2Fit, Hiit2Fit, and most recently Box2Fit...and still has ideas to keep adding classes! I have been there through her journey from the beginning and she has been there through mine. There is a class for every single size human, for every level of activity, and for every comfort level. Pick a class, come meet Tiffany, and meet some pretty awesome people that show up to every single class. They become a support system along the way. We sweat, we cackle with laughs til we cry, but we also cry together due to life's ups and downs. We sometimes groan and moan it out while pushing through the challenges, but we come out stronger by the end of the class. We definitely dance it out when we're feeling bored, chunky, depressed, and stressed, but we also work out every single muscle group making us feel strong when we're weak and sometimes may even cause us to feel pretty and sassy every now and then. 2Fit classes make us feel good and more energetic. We start loving challenges that push us to our limits if we're up to it, but there's always modifications to work out at your own level when you're not. We all have aches and pains that may not allow us to do a certain exercise or move, and she is a pro at modifying to make each and every workout fit your fitness level. And if you notice, I post 'we' because we tackle these classes as a group, no one is alone, we're doing it together. Can we talk financial commitment? There is none! If 'together' isn't your thing in the studio or if you just have life getting in the way to attend, then she offers other ways to 'zoom' into live classes and there's also many membership options online to take at your own convenience for as little or all of it that you want to commit to. This helped us all through the pandemic when everything shut down because she was committed to keeping us all working, motivated, fit, and strong through that time. If you're able to attend in person (which I highly recommend), she offers $5 classes Monday through Friday, $10 boxing classes Saturday morning, bundle deals when attending more than one class a night (which I love to do when work allows), and even offers punch cards that give you more bang for your buck to be a better deal than paying for every class separately. Absolutely, no huge financial commitment, literally, walk in, pay $5 and try it out. Tiffany is not only a great fitness instructor, she is an inspiration, an awesome coach, a personal trainer, a listening ear, an amazing friend, and now she is family to me. Just like I did, I want to encourage you to take a leap of faith and just try it. All you have to lose is 75 pounds...and counting.
