I had this company re-chrome over 2 dozen pieces for my auto restoration project. When I received…read morethem back when they were finished - 6 weeks late - 3 of the pieces were very poorly done, and needed to be redone. I called and spoke to the owner and he said that he couldn't be any better, which is not true, because I have 3 others that are done properly. He did not offer to re-do them, and when I suggested that, he responded by saying "I guess...", I'm actually having the pieces re-done elsewhere. It was a shock to get them in the first place, and I would never send them back there with that kind of poor vendor response. Not someone that I would recommend to other restorers, and In fact I would discourage others from using their services.
