I recently had the pleasure of working with Rich on a transaction where I represented the buyers, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication. Rich was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Even before we entered escrow, after successfully negotiating terms, he made himself available while on vacation in the Philippines -- a true testament to his commitment to his clients and to ensuring a smooth transaction despite the time zone differences. He navigated the escrow process with efficiency and care on behalf of his sellers. When my buyers needed additional time, Rich remained solution-oriented and collaborative, always focused on moving the transaction forward in the best interest of both parties. In the end, we achieved a successful closing, and both the buyers and sellers were thrilled with the outcome. It was truly a pleasure working with Rich, and I look forward to many more transactions together in the future. read more

Rich helped my husband and I with our first home buying experience. His knowledge of the real estate market and strategic advice were instrumental in positioning us to successfully securing our home. Rich is a good balance of being realistic and supportive. He is also trustworthy and patient, never pressuring us to offer anything we were not comfortable with, which is something we truly appreciate. Moreover, Rich's commitment to going above and beyond for clients was evident throughout the entire process. There were times we would text and email him homes we were interested in and he'd have disclosures ready for us to view or he would make time so we can view it. When we felt as if we'd hit a road block in our home search I remember Rich saying- "We will find you the perfect home when it's meant to be." He was right... and a month later he was able to help us secure a home we loved & was meant for us. It was a pleasure working with Rich. We wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and results-driven real estate professional. After the first few days on the market, we had multiple offers. RCR kept us in the loop with all the requirements, timelines and issues that were ahead. We were referred to Rich from a coworker and we never looked back. Rich made it seem like we were his only customer. He showed us about 10-15 houses in Contra Costa and Solano county until we found our dream house. He was methodical in showing us houses, providing the pros/cons of each house, seeing how many of our boxes were checked, comparing each house and seeing which one we would be the happiest with. Until our dream house arrived! At that point Rich put things in high gear to ensure the deal was closed. Working with Rich was such a pleasant and stress free experience. We always found him to be readily available when we had questions or concerns. My wife and I were 1st time home buyers, so we enjoyed the guidance and wisdom that Rich shared with us along the whole purchasing process. Our sights were set on a brand new community that we discovered online, but since it wasn't even built yet, and had limited information, we weren't sure what to do. Rich was able to to get in touch with one of the agents and advised us to get on the waitlist as soon as possible. As a result of his responsiveness, we were placed near the top of the waitlist, and secured one of the first homes in the community. Rich walked us through the design center appointment and thank goodness he did, because the extra padding underneath the carpet feels like I'm walking on clouds every time I get home from a long day of work. He also helped us prepare for the initial walkthrough of the home, including items to assess for proper functioning. If there were any concerns that we had on our behalf, Rich brought them to the attention of the builders to make sure it was on their radar. Most importantly, Rich always made it a priority to show that he cared about us, and always made us feel valued. His level of professionalism is exemplary and he tops it off with a little bit of humor to help minimize the stress involved with purchasing a home, making him feel like a friend as much as he is an agent. read more
