Where to start. So, I've known Rich Garcia for several years but have never done business with him. He was very professional when it came to business and he kept business and friendship separate. Rich handled our 3 way transaction. Yes 3 way. There were 3 buyers, 3 sellers and we were right in the middle. We had a buyer for our San Francisco home, and we were buying in the East Bay, our sellers were buying as well and of course their sellers were selling. There were also 2 contingencies in between all of that. As complicated as it was to just type that out, Rich was on top of it. Our 3 way transaction took a little over 2 months to close which was out of our hands. Our buyers used the Teacher Next Door Program and their realtor and loan officer did not have great communication which I believe contributed to many delays on their end.
