The Margarian Law Firm did an excellent job job in dealing with my BMW lemon law claim. My BMW had…read morethe same problems two months in a row in October, which finally resulted in a turbo failing and 20 days spent at the dealership. I got in touch with them in December, had a free consultation and supplied all the documentation that was asked. They made it clear that a buyback would be difficult, but they accepted my case and proceeded with litigation in February. BMW agreed to a full buyback by April, and I returned the car in July before getting my check. I truly value the way they have communicated with me, the professional manner they have shown, and the effort they have invested in my case knowing it would be hard to get a full buyback. I would definitely recommend the Margarian Law Firm to anyone who is facing a similar situation. Do the free consultation and give it a shot. Also shoutout to the team (Case Managers: Maria Ayvazyan and Nora Arakelyan) for explaining everything to me bit by bit and providing me with updates as the case moved forward. Thank you to everyone!

If you're not familiar with legal processes, like I was, they patiently guide you throughout the whole process. What stood out was Alan and his Team having a close, family-like network of doctors and therapists that monitored my recovery the whole time. They prioritized my health more than I was aware. In the end, they were able to secure a settlement that I'm very appreciative for. Overall, I'm grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with a personal injury or any accident claim.

Anahi, my case manager, was on top of everything -- always checking in, super responsive, and clear about what was needed from me. Catalina worked hard to lower my medical bills and made sure I walked away with a settlement that actually helped. I appreciated the transparency and how easy the team made everything during a stressful time. If you're looking for a firm that communicates well and actually follows through, I'd definitely recommend RA & Associates.

I had no clear understanding of what was happening with my case because I was not receiving updates unless I personally reached out and asked for them. I repeatedly sent emails requesting updates, yet I felt like I had to chase down information that should have been proactively communicated to me. After becoming frustrated with the lack of communication, I requested to speak with a manager, Osley, hoping my concerns would finally be addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with Osley was even more disappointing. Instead of listening to my concerns and helping resolve the communication issues, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and as though I was being accused of not telling the truth when I explained that I had not been receiving updates. I have documentation showing the many times I reached out requesting information about my case. I expected professionalism, empathy, and clear communication during what was already a stressful situation. Instead, I was made to feel like my concerns did not matter. I hope someone from management takes the time to review my experience and address how this was handled because no customer should have to fight this hard just to receive basic updates about their own case.
