We had a house to rent; Ryan Enright at Landmark managed the property for 12 years. It was great…read more They sorted out a lot of problems, including finding renters, getting consistent collections, excellent bookkeeping for our tax records, sorting out some fraudsters advertising on CraigsList, etc. Their work crew managed all of the necessary repairs and updates. All of our problem-solving discussions with Ryan were straightforward and smooth. The office staff were consistently pleasant and responsive, even when there were challenges. When we sold the house, Ryan's team managed the repainting and repairs. The sale went through very quickly. It's always a relief to deal with a business organization that can consistently do what they say they will do. I am happy to recommend this business.

I'm surprised no one has written a review about the employee named Drake that works, and…read moresubsequently supervises, the establishment. I came to their leasing agency on behalf of my mother in law who speaks and understand very little English requesting a copy of their lease and any addendums recently received to look over, and this man came not only with an attitude, but blew up in my face the more I asked questions. Telling me to "fuck off" and calling me a "bitch" under his breath aside, it was very evident his distaste for me and my in laws, as he simply decided to run away from the conversation the more I asked where his attitude came from. I was unfortunate to only record the last few minutes of the dispute, however my husband and three other employees were witness to his tantrum, and I only hope they remain safe in an environment created solely from his unfounded hostility. I've already reached out to HR and all respected higher ups I could contact on this situation and hope only for the best, and for other tenants looking to do business with this man to seek housing elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I have been in our townhome a few months so far. We have loved living here so far!…read moreThe unit we have is very well insulated. We had to call maintenance for a few minor things when we moved in and they were very quick to respond and even left us a nice note about our dogs! Then reason for the 4 stars is for our move in process. It was rough, but it may have been due to our circumstances. We were interested in another unit that got rented before we could get it, but when another tenant put in their notice we were able to put down a deposit, and all we had to do was wait for them to move out. We were told anytime between mid January to mid February. I messaged every week for a status, with the response that they didnt know, but by February 15. As we reached the end of the month I started making plans for the 15th, since I hadn't heard anything and I was moving from the tri cities. When we finally heard we could move in, it was two weeks earlier than the 15th and 4 days away! I had to scramble and try to get a new uhaul and people to help me move a week early. Even though I couldn't move until February 7th, it was ready the last two days of January, so we had to pay a prorated rate for January (another $200) which was frustrating. Additionally, my move costs ended up being more expensive due to the week I needed the uhaul. Also, My boyfriend had already paid another month of rent at his old apartment as we thought we were not moving in until mid February. We got the money back from his old apartment, but it was a hassle. I also wish they would have taken more time when painting as there were paint splatters all over the counters, floor and trim in the kitchen and bathroom. They cleaned up easily with a magic eraser though. Overall, I am very happy with the townhome and once we moved in, Graf has been very responsive and open with communication. I just wish the communication before we moved in was better and the move in process went smoother, but it may have been a perfect storm. I think if you were renting a unit that was available right away, you would be fine.

I've heard horror stories about renting from Graf, but I honestly can't tell you anything bad about…read morethis company. We've lived in a newer unit for the last 6 years and if we ever have an issue, maintenance is there within a day. They are helpful and walk you through the rental process. Apartment living is a pain, but Graf makes it pretty easy. The only complaint I have is snow removal could be better, but they are usually on it by 11am if the snowfall is crazy.

Upon reviewing the two previous Yelp Reviews it was easy to understand that some tenants expect a…read moreproperty management company to have a magic wand that "PRESTO"everything is perfect! It is very important to know that all property management companies have to (1) work within the boundaries that are requested by the property owner, (2) work within the state of Washington's "tenant / Owner" laws, rules & regulations, (3) act as a conduit between the tenant and owner prerequisites. When tenant issues are involved such as parking in an others parking space, personal items left behind on the rental property it becomes necessary to follow the tenant rights as so required by the State of Washington. Therefore, Property Managers can not simply remove tenants personal belongs without proper procedures. And also, Tenant to Tenant issues is between the tenants and not the responsibility of the Property Management Company to resolve. It is also interesting to look at some of the other Yelp reviews these people have given. Most all are negative one stars. That alone shows how naive and depressed these people are. Yelp is a very important element in todays business profile. With all the above being said, ACCOLADE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT that is centered within the Washington Central University and handles a large number of the college housing needs of Ellensburg is to be rated as far above the normal property management companies within the area as well as within other states. ACCOLADE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT has handled all of our Ellensburg College based properties since they first opened their doors in Ellensburg. As a RealEstate Property owner in other states as well, I only wish that ACCOLADE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT could handle those properties as well. If you are a property owner or prospective tenant it is very much your while to stop by their office and you will be impressed the second you open the door. If you desire; Dedication, Integrity, Digital Documentation, Flawless Tax Reports (that makes you or your CPA smile), and even looking for a little extra the staff is there for you. And, a special thank you for helping my wife and I build a "hands off" apartment rental business. ACCOLADE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT you are and always have been a FIVE STAR!!!!!

I am leaving this review after exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve matters privately…read more My experience with Accolade Property Company was marked by consistent deflection of responsibility, a lack of good-faith engagement, and a pattern of minimizing serious tenant concerns rather than addressing them. At no point was I disruptive, unreasonable, or unwilling to cooperate. I documented everything carefully and communicated clearly. Despite this, Accolade repeatedly reframed legitimate issues as personal problems rather than property-management responsibilities. When financial and disability-related hardship became unavoidable, their response was not accommodation, problem-solving, or even neutral professionalism--but distance, delay, and dismissal. What concerns me most is not a single disagreement, but a pattern: Legitimate complaints are reframed as tenant "issues" Accountability is avoided through technicalities Empathy and discretion are notably absent Tenants are left carrying consequences that management helped create or worsen I am aware that some negative reviewers are possibly portrayed as unreliable or "mentally unwell." I want to be very clear: this review is based on documented interactions, timelines, and outcomes--not emotion. Anyone reading reviews should pay attention to how often serious concerns are dismissed rather than answered. If you are a tenant dealing with financial strain, disability, or any situation requiring fair-minded property management, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution and keeping meticulous records.
