I'm surprised no one has written a review about the employee named Drake that works, and…read moresubsequently supervises, the establishment. I came to their leasing agency on behalf of my mother in law who speaks and understand very little English requesting a copy of their lease and any addendums recently received to look over, and this man came not only with an attitude, but blew up in my face the more I asked questions. Telling me to "fuck off" and calling me a "bitch" under his breath aside, it was very evident his distaste for me and my in laws, as he simply decided to run away from the conversation the more I asked where his attitude came from. I was unfortunate to only record the last few minutes of the dispute, however my husband and three other employees were witness to his tantrum, and I only hope they remain safe in an environment created solely from his unfounded hostility. I've already reached out to HR and all respected higher ups I could contact on this situation and hope only for the best, and for other tenants looking to do business with this man to seek housing elsewhere.

All of our problem-solving discussions with Ryan were straightforward and smooth. The office staff were consistently pleasant and responsive, even when there were challenges. When we sold the house, Ryan's team managed the repainting and repairs. The sale went through very quickly. It's always a relief to deal with a business organization that can consistently do what they say they will do. I am happy to recommend this business.

A very nice and new complex with good neighbors. I only have two real complaints:…read more1. Heater in living room/kitchen is very inefficient and loud. I suggest getting a plug in heater. 2. There are not enough parking spaces. For a 2 bedroom apartment you are only given one space but obviously most if not all places are going to have more then one car. This means that all those people have to park in the unassigned parking so unfortunately if can be difficult for guests to find parking. This was very poor planning on the part of the developer.

Maybe it's because they're newer or because Yakima is a small town but whatever it is it's not what I expected to find when moving out there. Within reasonable driving distance of PNWU and Heritage University where i attended PA school. Very close to Walmart and Wray's for grocery needs and casual, fast dining. Sketchy part of town but Castle Creek feels like its own community. Spacious, updated apartments with state of the art appliances, with washer dryer in unit and personal parking spot. Access to communal park, pool and gym. Large complex and gated with key code entry. Maintenance is extremely helpful and I can't thank them enough during my stay as a female on my own in Yakima. Very competitive application process that often requires waiting lists. Thorough background and employment checks. Office is responsive to complaints and flexible. When I lived there I saw two cop cars parked on the premise indicating they resided there too. Minor complaints: paper thin walls - heard my neighbors bed squeak if you know what i mean, way more than I would have liked; noisy residents that will sometimes yell outside in the middle of the night which is startling and poor internet connection - the service provider blames it on the complex.

My boyfriend and I have been in our townhome a few months so far. We have loved living here so far!…read moreThe unit we have is very well insulated. We had to call maintenance for a few minor things when we moved in and they were very quick to respond and even left us a nice note about our dogs! Then reason for the 4 stars is for our move in process. It was rough, but it may have been due to our circumstances. We were interested in another unit that got rented before we could get it, but when another tenant put in their notice we were able to put down a deposit, and all we had to do was wait for them to move out. We were told anytime between mid January to mid February. I messaged every week for a status, with the response that they didnt know, but by February 15. As we reached the end of the month I started making plans for the 15th, since I hadn't heard anything and I was moving from the tri cities. When we finally heard we could move in, it was two weeks earlier than the 15th and 4 days away! I had to scramble and try to get a new uhaul and people to help me move a week early. Even though I couldn't move until February 7th, it was ready the last two days of January, so we had to pay a prorated rate for January (another $200) which was frustrating. Additionally, my move costs ended up being more expensive due to the week I needed the uhaul. Also, My boyfriend had already paid another month of rent at his old apartment as we thought we were not moving in until mid February. We got the money back from his old apartment, but it was a hassle. I also wish they would have taken more time when painting as there were paint splatters all over the counters, floor and trim in the kitchen and bathroom. They cleaned up easily with a magic eraser though. Overall, I am very happy with the townhome and once we moved in, Graf has been very responsive and open with communication. I just wish the communication before we moved in was better and the move in process went smoother, but it may have been a perfect storm. I think if you were renting a unit that was available right away, you would be fine.

We've lived in a newer unit for the last 6 years and if we ever have an issue, maintenance is there within a day. They are helpful and walk you through the rental process. Apartment living is a pain, but Graf makes it pretty easy. The only complaint I have is snow removal could be better, but they are usually on it by 11am if the snowfall is crazy.

    Accolade Property Management

I am leaving this review after exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve matters privately…read more My experience with Accolade Property Company was marked by consistent deflection of responsibility, a lack of good-faith engagement, and a pattern of minimizing serious tenant concerns rather than addressing them. At no point was I disruptive, unreasonable, or unwilling to cooperate. I documented everything carefully and communicated clearly. Despite this, Accolade repeatedly reframed legitimate issues as personal problems rather than property-management responsibilities. When financial and disability-related hardship became unavoidable, their response was not accommodation, problem-solving, or even neutral professionalism--but distance, delay, and dismissal. What concerns me most is not a single disagreement, but a pattern: Legitimate complaints are reframed as tenant "issues" Accountability is avoided through technicalities Empathy and discretion are notably absent Tenants are left carrying consequences that management helped create or worsen I am aware that some negative reviewers are possibly portrayed as unreliable or "mentally unwell." I want to be very clear: this review is based on documented interactions, timelines, and outcomes--not emotion. Anyone reading reviews should pay attention to how often serious concerns are dismissed rather than answered. If you are a tenant dealing with financial strain, disability, or any situation requiring fair-minded property management, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution and keeping meticulous records.

My experience as a tenant under the Wilson Real Estate Management has been extremely disappointing…read moreand frustrating. I expected a higher standard of professionalism from a company entrusted with managing residential communities, but unfortunately, Wilson Real Estate Management consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations. From the outset, communication with their management team was inadequate. Emails and phone calls regarding routine inquiries and maintenance issues often went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. When responses did arrive, they were frequently vague, dismissive, or incomplete. Perhaps most concerning was the company's apparent disregard for tenant safety and comfort. Major Problems are ignored. No temporary solution or alternate accommodations were offered. Deceptive and Unexplained Fees In addition to poor communication and service, Wilson Real Estate Management engages in highly questionable billing practices. Throughout my lease, I was subjected to a series of unexplained or vaguely labeled charges, such as "Administrative fees," "Lability fees," "Convivence fees," "Early Rent Payment fees," "Late Rent Payment fees," and "Processing fees" that were never disclosed in the original lease agreement. Attempts to request itemized breakdowns were either ignored or met with generic, unhelpful responses. Rent Constantly gets increased by 10-25$ even when you already have a lease with no explanation just show up and sign the new lease or vacate. The rent portal frequently included charges that fluctuated month to month without prior notice or explanation. It felt deliberately opaque, as if the company relied on tenants not challenging these unexpected fees, and or because for many of us tenants English might not be our first language. In serval instances, the rent portal malfunctions and or does not work because they refuse to reinvest back into the business and purchase adequate data for their website causing nothing but issues with all tenants trying to make payments. Security Deposit Misconduct The move-out process was similarly problematic. Wilson Real Estate Management attempted to deduct excessive charges from the security deposit for alleged damages that clearly fell within normal wear and tear. Only after persistent communication and the threat of formal dispute did they partially reverse those charges. Final Thoughts I do not make it a habit to leave negative reviews, but I believe prospective tenants should be warned. All tenants deserve responsive, transparent, and ethical property management -- qualities which Wilson Real Estate Management has not demonstrated. I strongly urge anyone considering a lease through this company to proceed with caution and review all documents thoroughly. If transparency, integrity, and tenant care matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
