I'll start by saying Best Marine is truly the BEST marine shop I've ever come across (and I've…read moreowned multiple marine toys over the years). Hands down the BEST. Not only is their actual marine services top notch, but their customer service is unmatched. I've had a couple of great experiences that support this 5-star review, but here is the most recent that really encouraged me to post a review: Dropped my boat off for de-winterizing service a week ago and while Best Marine was providing their multi-point inspection on my boat (which is included at no additional cost during de-win service), they found a few issues, one of which that would have left me as a sitting duck on the lake if it wasn't caught before dropping in the lake (shifter was unresponsive). The other issues they found were minor but needed to be fixed to remain legal (nav light toggle switch was broken, light wiring was jacked up causing tail lights to fail, etc). I had been planning to take the boat out for the first time of the season just three days after the de-win was scheduled but these issues had to be fixed (clearly). In the midst of Best Marine's peak season, the GM (Layne) made sure my boat was fixed as a top priority so I could be on the water when I had planned to. I was blown away with how much they cared that I was on the water when I planned to be. And, when I say "cared", I mean Layne and Shaun stayed at the shop AFTER they closed on a Friday night to ensure my boat was fixed and ready to go the following morning. These guys truly put their customers first - and in my case, they put their own personal schedules aside to ensure they went into the weekend with a pleased customer. They also gave me some great tips for better operating and maintaining my boat to ensure longevity. HUGE shoutout to Layne and Shaun for going above and beyond for me and my boat. Love these hard working guys and wish there were more people like them in this world. Thank you for being the BEST, Best Marine!!

Finally got it on the water June 5th and the boat does not run. Has a heavy vibration coming from the engine and will not accelerate when opening it up the throttle. Took it back to P.O.S Best Marine on Tuesday June 7th and asked that they look at. As of today June 10th they never did look it give the excuse that they are too busy!!! ,but not to busy to take peoples money. And the best kicker was the owner says to my husband "weird we have had 3 other boats with this same problem so when you figure it let me know" F--K U dude. BEWARE of this place. So disappointed.

He has been a wealth of information, responsive and has communicated with us clearly, not only about the boats, but about local lakes, and best practices. Finance was easy to work with; their rates were competitive; and they made the financial aspect of the transaction easy. Their parts department is convenient and easy to work with as are the staff working in their large apparel and accessories department. We've used our boat a lot already and love it. Our experience with the service department has also been outstanding, from working with us on scheduled maintenance recommended and required by the manufacturer to jumping through hoops to get some unexpected repairs made on short notice to save our family boating trip to Montana. Steve, the service manager, and Cassidy, the GM went out of their way as well to make that happen by taking their time to help diagnose a really odd problem and dedicate resources asap to resolve the problem. That's outstanding service. I would highly recommend Tommy's Boats, especially in Golden, CO to anyone looking for a reliable boat dealer with a complete suite of services (Service, Parts, Finance, Accessories, Storage). They obviously work hard at being THE one-stop boat dealer, providing an excellent end-to-end customer experience. Barry Cook, Monument, CO

It's a significant problem. In 17 years, I've never spent so much money to have my boat summerized ($2000). They say they found all sorts of problems but having but have dealt with them multiple times, I'm suspicious. Either way, they charge $150 per hour and bill excessively for very simple tasks. To look under my boat to see if any gas had leaked, they billed me 1/2 hour. To splice up very simple wiring that takes 10 minutes at best, they claimed it would take 3 hours. They charged me $350 to detail my boat but gave it to me completely filthy!!!! They never refunded that amount or even had the courtesy of discounting it. To make matters worse, the communication between Jennifer (wife) and Henry is really bad. One says one thing and then expect to get a text or phone call back contradicting that information or commitment from the other. I've been getting my boat serviced for 17 years in the area and there was only one other shop I had a complaint about. These guys are way worse. Be smart. Do your homework. Find a better place who will treat you, your money and your boat with more respect. These guys overcharge and grossly under deliver.

I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!
