They put on a brand new roof in May 2025. By September 2025 that new roof is leaking in a different spot that has sustained no damage, weather or other. After calling them back they sent someone out to put some caulking material in the area which did nothing, It leaked the very next time it rained. They then told me if I wanted a long term solution I would need to replace the HVAC flue; the same HVAC flue that has been on the home for over 60 years. At no point during the pre-quote inspection, during the quote presentation, while working on the roof, or while collecting payment in full did anyone from Precision Roofing disclose that this was an obstacle that they could not completely seal off. Telling me this after I discovered the new roof leaking is ridiculous. Maybe it's something else, but to me it feels like you either took a job you couldn't complete or did poor work and are making excuses afterwards. All I know is 4 months after Precision Roofing put a brand new roof on my house for 10K I have to call a roofing company again for a leak in my roof

Had to chase him to get the schedule but once he privided the date, his team came out on the scheduled day and completed the pavement as proposed. Very happy with the quality of the pavement, and they cleaned up the site and removed leftover too.

They put so many branches that were like trees themselves into that thing, it was kind of amazing to watch it. They were very neat in their work, did not tear up my yard. Put down some plywood, cleaned up after themselves, and also pruned and shaped some smaller trees in my front yard. They were very careful where the branches would come to rest after they were cut and very skilled in the exact place they lowered the branches onto the ground. They used chainsaws and pruners and roped all the larger pieces so they could control exactly where any limb landed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with their job and wouldn't hesitate to use them for anything else and they do quite a few different things.

I was a customer for several years, having bought a house with an irrigation system that had their…read moretags on everthing. They did ok, although routinely made me wait most of the day when having a morning appointment, and sometimes would come without the needed tools/parts and have to come back a month later. In the last year, they've left one of my watering zones non-operative, basically giving up on it. There was one tech who knew what he was doing, but they also often sent others who didn't. This year was the final straw though. A couple of months ago, they scheduled my system turn-on appointment for June, having no earlier appointments. I had reminded them that the system needed repairs and to make sure they bring the right tools. I then waited, watering by hand for a month, thinking they'd finally come in June and turn it on. I re-scheduled my meetings for that day, to be available for the technician. The morning of the appointment, they called me and said that they're not coming after all, because the tech has decided he doesn't know how to repair my system. Why couldn't they have told me they were giving up when I first made the appointment, so that I wouldn't have wasted a month and could have found someone else? Within a few days, I then found a local business who services residential irrigation systems and they had everything working in about an hour. Looking back, I can't believe I put up with the poor customer service and lack of technical expertise on the system they had been servicing for years (even before I bought the house). Pretty sub-par experience overall.
