When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

I'll take them! The store also carries the greatest soy candles ever by Aquiesse which last a rather long time and come in several delightful fragrances. I found the website easy to use and ordered a birthday basket on Sunday evening thinking it would arrive by Wednesday. The basket arrived Monday evening! The person loved the basket and was impressed by the presentation. I saw pictures that she sent. I also received an email from Craig at Main Line Baskets alerting me when the basket was delivered. Craig's email attached several pictures of the basket (in progress) so I could see the items that were in it. This is amazing customer service, and I will definitely order from here again!

I sent it out to have it reconditioned, but it came back still not fixed. I contacted Landice directly and they sent me a long list of services I would almost certainly require and told me to contact an authorized rep. I called Empire and they determined the board was still bad, but after checking the unit over, told me that was all I needed -- and they only charged me for a quarter hour of labor. If they had told me the belt or deck needed replacing, I would have believed them, but they didn't try to take advantage of me. That combination of expertise, integrity and professionalism is all too rare these days. If I could give them more than a 5, I would.

We live in the Warminster PA area and when the unit needed a new brake assembly, we called Empire. Service was fast, efficient and honest. About 1 month later the unit developed a severe vibration. A technician arrived within a day of my call and he was able to identify the cause - showed me the debris on the drive belt pulley. I'm mechanically inclined and in both service engagements I could see and understand the root cause of the problem.
