However, Zett admitted to not having fully inspected my roof before installing shingles. As a result, his crew shingled over multiple pieces of plywood that were rotted and molding. Zett refused to rectify the situation, which left me with a bigger bill to have to remove the shingles, replace the decking, and reapply the shingles. If that weren't enough, he was completely condescending and dismissive of the negligent job he and his team did. To compound matters, he placed my family and I in harms way with the mold that was left in the attic as a result of not appropriately inspecting my roof before installation. Hopefully, this review, along with many other reviews, will prevent someone from having a similar negative experience with this company. Stay far away from Zett and Quality Craftsmen.
