After one hour they still could not make it work. Sounds like a simple task but not at Chase. We told them we are done and got up to leave and that was just fine with them. Do one tried to keep us from walking out. Went to his other bank to do the same thing an it was very fast and easy. His other bank is local and not a huge company.

The ladies working at behind the front desk are always so sweet and good at what they do and they always look so nice and professional. I wish I could remember them all by name, so I could compliment each one of them. There's also a nice man, who has greeted me several times when arriving and let me know someone would be with me shortly, which is great customer service. Sadly, we aren't using Chase much anymore, not because of the people who work for them, mostly just because of the corruption with JP Morgan, we've recently learned about all the law suites and felony charges they are being accused of and involved in. We also are not happy with their interest rates. When we we making payments on our credit card, it was so discouraging to still see our balance going up, even after making ontime payments each month because of their interest rates. One time, I even paid it off but then still got charged with a late payment. Confused, I called and it turns out due to the interest charge had come in just I, time to put more money on my card when I just paid it off. I was not a happy camper. Their reward points kind of suck too. When I made my account years ago, they told me I would get $100 I think it was if I used my credit card for a certain amount of money and paid it off before a certain date. I worked so hard to make sure I did that and never got a thing. And after 6 years of using them, my reward points only added up to about $300, which I went ahead and asked to receive as cash back over a week ago and still have yet to see show up in my account. They're clearly not in any rush to thank their customers with their cash rewards. We are transitioning to a credit union now but the great staff at this Dripping Springs location are in no way to blame for JP Morgan as a whole, so I still wanted to say they're awesome and if you do bank with Chase, never hesitate to come in and talk to them because they're very professional.

My wife went in for a simple cash withdrawal and was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the teller. Rather than offering assistance, he acted as though helping her was an inconvenience. That level of disrespect and indifference is completely unacceptable--especially from a bank that claims to value customer relationships. Customer service should be the foundation of any business, yet this teller's behavior was the opposite of professional. There was no courtesy, no effort to resolve the situation, and certainly no sense of basic respect. Mt wife left feeling angry, humiliated and deeply disappointed. We will never return to that branch again. Fortunately, the newer Wells Fargo location across from Belterra Village on 290 has consistently provided us with courteous and efficient service--that's where we'll be taking all our business going forward.

I got there at 9 AM. I spoke to the lady at the front. She was very nice. Then the branch manager came out. His name was Kasey. He told me he had an appointment but would be able to help me out for a little bit until his appointment got there after about 30 minutes Kasey was able to fix my problem. Make sure my account was correct and he was able to even order me some checks and he gave them to me as a gift. His name is Casey Jones and he's the branch manager of the Wells Fargo in Dripping Springs. He's awesome he's very personable and Wells Fargo definitely earned my business today. thank you so much.

At the Belterra location, the female branch manager patronized me. I told her that I DID NOT want to talk to anyone at Chase about financial investments. After our chat at the branch, she asked someone to sit down with me about that very subject before I left! Insulting! I also had to pay for a cashier's check at the Belterra branch even though I had established an account with another Chase branch with a balance that would involve a waiver on the fee. In my opinion and based on my experience, Ugh! Go elsewhere! A local credit union has been a blessing for us!

I thought of Chase as just another large bank but now I feel like the people who work at the branch at Belterra are like family. I get treated like it's a small bank but I get the advantage of having branches everywhere. And while I do own several small businesses so the treatment might be slightly better than when I was a college student, I see other bank patrons being treated exactly the same way that I am treated. It is such a friendly and helpful atmosphere, that I am kind of pushy with my friends about making them switch to Chase. I LOVE my bank now!!!
