Things were always changing. Jeff took my ideas as they evolved and created diagrams that brought them to life. When the plan changed, he rolled with it and kept a positive attitude. He pointed out things I wouldn't think about not being in the business and never ever pushed me to purchase more. He even gave me alternatives to save money. He was extremely responsive to e-mail and phone calls. There were no hidden costs. He made it super easy! They were on time and the crew was so respectful and kind. Exactly the kind of people you want to talk to when you're carrying the stress of last-minute wedding prep. The day before my wedding there was a huge storm. Not only did the tent handle it without an issue, everything inside the tent stayed dry. Their tent, tables and chairs were great quality and shape. i rented some items from prime time party rental for my son's wedding day which was agreed to be…read morepicked up instead of delivery due to the fact they had no one available to deliver (which i totally understood that) the day of pickup i rented a u-haul and with all the stress of trying to make things perfect for my son's big day (if you ever planned a wedding you know that feeling) could not find my email confirmation looked through trash emails, deleted etc... could not find it so not really knowing where to pickup the calling started along with emails no one answered the phone at either location even the emergency numbers their recording gives you, sent emails, facebook messages nothing, my son arrives to their dayton location way out of our way they end up having the stuff there luckily the lady told my son he would need to bring back there and i heard her through the phone since that is where we picked up at not trying to have anymore stress we took the stuff thinking i could get ahold of someone monday for the return i again tried several times to contact them to rectify the problem, i went to there website which said they were closed on the day of return at the dayton site which confused me still no one called until after i was going back to where we got it since that's what we were told is costing way more for the u-haul than we expected when i got there i talked to the owner and he was adamant how it was all my fault when a simple answering of the phone/email could of solved the whole problem blaming it on COVID and being short staffed which i do understand this the whole world is dealing with it! my whole point in writing this is if you rent from them make sure you don't have any issues because you will not get a call back or a simple i am sorry!
