Mark came out a few days later and looked at our backyard and we decided on a good location. He brought some props to show us the structure's footprint and helped us understand what he planned. Then 10 days later, they showed up on time and said they would be done within 4 hours. In just over 2 hours, I think, the work was all done. There was no funny business, unlike my last experience with a contractor, and everything was settled cleanly. The structure is sturdy, beautiful, and immensely fun. My son plays on it nearly everyday, as long as there's daylight and the temperature is at least double digits. This playset will last a long time and see many years of hard play. Maybe someday down the line, we'll contact Mark again and see what kind of additions we can make.

However, seven months later they still haven't returned to finish staining the set or deliver one of the swings included in our set. We paid them almost immediately after receiving their invoice - big mistake. Apparently once they have your money they don't care about wrapping things up. I've lost track of how many times I've called and texted them with no followup. I'll update this review if they ever come back and finish

After reviewing the plans and agreeing to the price they went to work. I got way more than what was promised. The guys saw how to make it better and just did it. we have had our Woodplay set for a year to the day of this review:…read more Pro: - Install was professional and well done - Customer service was great in walking you through the process Con: - Quality of the wood/stain finish it showed signs of wear in 6 months on areas that don't have kids on it (roof) - when I called and asked about this, they said all play sets are recommended to have a "service" done 1 year after purchase. - the stain they use is $100/Gallon, if I'm paying $100/Gallon for stain it better not wear off in less than a year because of rain - Cost. you get similar quality from Costco Overall, if I had to get another play-set I would probably purchase plans and build it myself with quality wood.

We purchased patio furniture from GreyFox Outdoor last year and are 100% satisfied with the product we received and the excellent service from Betty and Sam! Highly recommend choosing GreyFox Outdoor for all of your high quality outdoor furniture needs. When you walk into GreyFox Outdoor, you immediately feel at home! Sam and Betty attentively answered all our questions and let us lounge and try out their furniture during several visits while our 2 year old played on the outdoor play set they have in their showroom. What ultimately helped us make a decision was the 20 year manufacturing warranty on the polyethylene furniture they carry. Once we chose a set, the ordering process was easy and when the shipment came in, Betty and Sam worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with our furniture. They helped us set it up on our porch and cleaned it upon delivery. We were thrilled! 10 months later, and we are still enjoying our outdoor furniture and look forward to many more years of use! The pillow covers are easy to clean, thankfully. However- note if you have small children, maybe the darker color cushions would be best! Ultimately, we had a great experience at GreyFox outdoor and highly recommend checking them out!

I will never shop here again.

While the sales people at the store are very friendly and the furniture they sell is high quality, we had a terrible experience with the people that deliver and put together the furniture. When the crib was initially delivered to our home, it was too large to fit through our small doorway to our nursery so they brought it into the nursery in pieces and built it there. Unfortunately, when we were moving out of our home a few months later, we realized they had used power tools to put the crib together and stripped the screws so badly that we were unable to take the crib apart to bring it back out. When I called the store, all they did was say they would order new screws for us. I was on my own to take out the screws they had stripped and take apart the furniture. It was a nightmare but luckily I was able to do it. I really wanted to love this place and had a great experience initially but the delivery and installation was horrible and they did little to resolve the problem. If you shop here and buy furniture, just be sure to check the screws before they leave so you're not stuck in the same situation I was!

I will say the plants are healthly and the garden is nice and it isn't a big box store so I will more picky but still fully support.
