We have had them for two years.....when someone explained everything to them, sometimes it got done. Left microwave a mess, never cleaned inside the refrigerator unless I reminded them. Last time the door was closed to the master bedroom and bath; they didn't even knock on the door, or try to open it. I called them and the said they would give us extra time this time; guess what? I want to thank this company for professionalism that is nearly extinct In this industry in my area. From the office staff to my wonderful Cleaning ladies, Margarita & Noema. They have always responded to my requests and try hard to meet my picky needs. I have severe dust mite allergy and they take the time to move furniture and dust fans and of course under the bed. Had tried 2 other people off Craigslist that was a waste of time. They would show up a couple times and then come up with some lame story and quit coming. Called and explained that we needed someone twice a month just to clean 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They said no problem. They have come twice now and the girls have done a wonderful job both times. RAZZLE DAZZLE was here today to do a deep clean at my house, and WOW!!!! I am so impressed. I have only been in the State for 9 months and have used 3 different cleaning companies and have not had any of them return, because I didn't like the service I got from them. But today that changed I have found RAZZLE DAZZLE I scheduled them for 4 hours they sent out 2 women Elvira and Monica and they were amazing they cleaned everything, things I didn't even think of cleaning like under my couch cushions .. they were the best and they did a great job.. I can stop looking for the perfect crew to clean my house, I found them today at Razzle Dazzle..... VERY DISAPPOINTED. I booked a first time cleaning with Lydia. She was nice but my first clue should have been her not answering "Razzel Dazzle". She said it would be $27/hr & she would send 2 Ladies & I agreed & looked forward to the help. They were on time, however, they brought a 3rd lady. I don't know if they would charge me for her as well, but I will never know. My wife & I turned them around when it was clear that NONE of them spoke English. We tried to communicate & SADLY stood in our own house apologizing for not speaking Spanish! There would be NO WAY to tell them what we wanted & what to avoid & have them understand. For this we would have had the pleasure of paying $27 an hour per person for them to clean however they want to clean & if they damage something, tell me oh I didn't know in Spanish. Even the mop they had was dirty with someone else's dirt. Unless you speak Espanol & don't mind other people's dirt brought to your house, avoid Razzle Dazzle. read more

My first time using this company. 2 women came out for 3 hours. They were short in stature, which is not a problem to me except that they didn't get anything above their eye line clean. My shutters were cleaned almost 2/3 of the way up and that is all. Dusting was fine at eye line but not above. Items were not moved, even though I told them they could move everything. At first I thought maybe they were not allowed to use a step stool, but, when one was brought out for one space. I asked why they only did part of the shutters and they said, rather snotty, that I am only paying for 6 hours and so that was all they had time to do and that I need to request special jobs prior to their coming out. The problem is, I did request shutter cleaning! I did give 2 stars though because the did actually mop the tile floors. I was told that they would bring their own equipment, but they needed my vacuum. My daughter has an art table in her room they removed and threw away the paper across the table for her drawing. And they broke her small art mannequin that was sitting on the table and crushed the paper statues she had spent alot of time making also. No thanks. read more
