Beware of the website posted reviews which are glowing. I'm giving them two stars because I occasionally got a good cleaner and would request that person again. Availability: Turnover is huge. I have to assume that they have no standard cleaning procedures because the cleaning was uneven and I always had to go over my expectations each time. I was with 2 gals for one year and seldom got the same cleaners twice. I came home 30 minutes prior to their departure every time and with few exceptions, my cleaners were always gone. I even said to some of them, " If you run out of things to clean, please do this...." My floors were not even moped last time nor were my toilets especially clean. Dusting? hmmm, maybe. Doesn't look good to me. For my complaints I got a deduction on my account for $20 bucks. Enough said. read more

Just a little update since the owner decided to respond with lies. My grandpa also refused to pay her because my mother in law & I spent 8-10 hours cleaning my townhouse after this "cleaning service" left. If they can call themselves that. The only reason they got paid was because the owner was so nasty with her words. My grandpa said she called me a lying degenerate millennial. He also said she threatened him with a lawyer just like she did to me. Then proceeded to show me the emails - which she said we friendly & willing (on my grandpas side!!!) the owner was an absolute witch because she can't take responsibility for her sucky employees. Three years later & I still recommend you use anyone else. I also had a friend use them recently & she hated them just as much as I do! The owner is a crook & liar. Her employees are lazy. Overall a mess. I ended up with a damaged microwave that they scratched. I presented before and after pics showing it and with evidence in front of them denied. Hard to get follow-up and callbacks and I had to go through and clean everything again because it wasn't thorough. I ended up having to clean the oven since they didn't start with that when they got to the house. They sprayed the oven before they left and I got to clean it up. I have cleaned houses before and would be embarrassed if I left a place this way. This is no go for me! read more

Hiring this company was a total mistake. The ladies they send are not properly trained. After the first time I used them, the manager asked me to give them another chance, pure stupidity on my part I agreed. These girls they hire have no idea how to properly clean, they do not have the right cleaning solutions, The two women they sent the second time, arrived late, did not have cleaning supplies, or equipment for cleaning. In 3 hours, they made a mess of my home. I am really clean and tidy. I like my home to look fresh and clean. the mirrors were streaked, and the cleaning solution they used on my glass surrounds in the walk-in showers were streaked and cloudy from whatever they used. The central part of my home was never touched, when checking on them several times since I wasn't seeing any progress, they were on their cell phones, doing nothing, one was sitting on the corner of my garden tub, and the other sitting on the bed in the second master suite, just chatting and laughing away. Worst experience hiring this company ever. When they left, as they said they had to go to another appointment, it took me 2 1/2 hours of cleaning to undo the mess they made. One lady had an O'Cedar "dust" mop, took a cup that was sitting on my sink, filled it with water from the tap, poured it on the floor to mop my tile, then to my horror, she walked over to my kitchen sink and was rinsing out the dust mop, when I asked her what she was doing, she said she was just cleaning it for the next section of tile. This is a sink where I prepare food, I have a laundry room sink that should be used for something like that. Wisdom in a tough situation! I'm very grateful that I called 2 Local Gals. I found some mice droppings in my house and called them to get some house cleaning done. Instead of simply taking my business they helped me really understand WHAT I NEED and she referred me to another pest control company that would be able to do that. 2 local gals was great the first little while I used them, then slowly went downhill. Just a mess of a business. They have been in business for quite some time so you would think they would have all of their operations figured out. Instead they operated as if they are a new company. The people answering the phone do not have answers and cannot make appointments, instead they defer to Lilly the owner who seldom answers her phone when you call. They were frequently overscheduled which forced them to take short cuts in cleaning (not mopping the floors, crumbs found on the counters or shower not cleaned). read more

If I had to post the pictures of the dirt left behind doors and on counter tops, one would ask themselves, do these gals actually know how to clean? First impressions are lasting impressions. I requested cleaning for my parents who are in the 80's. I was very clear that my mother is terrified of getting Covid-19 and would they please make sure to wear masks and gloves. I was assured they absolutely would and always do. Needless to say, you see where it is going... No masks upon arrival. Two days later, my mother is coughing and has an upset stomach. She hasn't left the house since the outbreak. I left two emails, one for the lack of cleanliness and one for them to be aware of what happened and that they might be spreading the virus. NOTHING BACK, which leads me to this review. The people are friendly, actually very nice. They are just people. As for the work they do, don't even bother. If you want to come home to an actually clean house, for that matter a clean kitchen, you can count this group out. They didn't even try to make any of this right. So, don't try before you buy.
