We ordered an Americano, a latte, and a chocolate croissant. The shop was nearly empty, and most of the people there were already seated and drinking, so we expected a quick turnaround. Still, we patiently waited around 15 minutes. We're not even upset about the wait -- it happens -- but when we got our order, the croissant wasn't even warm (which should be the minimum at any coffee shop). Even worse was the coffee: flavorless, barely warm, and closer to bland flavored water than anything resembling a proper brew. We came in with good expectations but left dissatisfied and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

The first employee looked at me and walked past three times, waiting for her work partner to help me. Their personal conversation was far more important that waiting on any customers. I had walked up a few minutes earlier and there was no staff behind the counter. I should have walked away to get any type of drink from anywhere rather than return. The quality of the iced latte? Pretty much 7-eleven vending machine level.
