I ordered the Razowski burger with the coleslaw, and I was less than thrilled overall. The meat on the burger was cold, and the burger itself was really messy to eat due to the super liquid white sauce on it. The coleslaw flavor was okay, but the slaw itself was super runny. Beer selection is limited to Heineken, Corona & Budweiser and as a beer lover this was the most disappointing part. Stumbled upon Razowski's while walking around with a group of 7 and decided to sit outside for lunch on a warm Thursday. Overall, hard pass. Staff is friendly enough but the service is lacking and they were not attentive. A couple of water glasses were brought to us dirty, we asked for new ones and they were never brought. We asked for bread for the table and it never arrived. The food took ~50 min to be served and it was cold when it arrived. I understand it's busy during lunch time, but either cut down the number of tables or hire more staff...! read more

The Grumpy Burger was my perfect selection as it featured a beef patty that was topped with bacon, onion confit, caramelized fennel, reblochon cheese, and a balsamic sauce. I'm surprised that out of 17 Yelp reviews, this is the first non-French one, because this seems like a highly touristy place. But that's not always a bad thing. It was the first time since I've been in Paris (about a month) when a server came over and asked how things were - that's simply unheard of in Paris, where tipping is rare. The servers all spoke perfect English, and the service was impeccable - at least by Parisian standards. The food itself was good too. I ordered the "Little Italy Burger" - which is a vegetarian "burger" with a hash-brown patty instead of beef, plus mozerella, pesto, and tomatoes. It was quite good. It came with a number of options for sides; I chose the mashed potatoes. They lacked seasoning but with some added salt they were solid. My boyfriend ordered the brunch menu, which came with about 9 different items, including scrambled eggs, salad, bread, scone-like things, smoked salmon, applesauce, and french fries, plus a selection of one "main" dish - he chose pancakes. Not a place I'd go back to even if I had a hankering for American grill. Ambience: Very crowded and noisy. You'll be constantly bumped and shouting. Service: The wait staff were very stand-offish (and this is from someone who likes the European style of "leave us alone to eat" dining). Food: My friend had a burger and I had the least fatty option which was a chicken club sandwich: both came with fries. The burger was sloppy and dripping with fat and my sandwich was drowned in mayonnaise. On the whole this was low quality fare even for a cheap American dining experience. I was VERY impressed with Razowski's burger. It was so perfectly portioned! Really! I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was divine. I loved the choice of sides- of which I chose green beans. In the middle of the "Marché Saint-Honoré" it is a sunny terasse with good service. Waiter and waitress are friendly which is not always the case in Paris. I have not tried the food. read more

I ended up here because Yelp doesn't confirm the hours or validity of restaurants in Paris. Not only is this place expensive but it is out right disgusting. You know you are doing bad when you mess up a classic burger. I paid 13 Euros for slop. They were open late so they get one star. I should take it away since they don't have wifi. read more

Very nice place with good drinks. Nice lively neighborhood. The service was efficient and discreet. Great for some drinks and a snack or even for dinner. The burgers were excellent tonight and I had the veggie burger (one of the few veggie burgers that was very tasty in paris). One of the others in my group had a chicken burger and was very satisfied and another person in the group polished off his fish and chips and he loved it! If you are a fan of burgers, keep far, far away! I had the bacon cheeseburger (double, 16 euros). It came with a small portion of cold, inedible fries, a little blob jar of guacamole and a little blob jar of coleslaw (barely a mouthful, what's the point?). As for the burger: tall and thin, with a cold dry hamburger bun, and various ingredients that had no taste. Not even the bacon! Little or no sauce inside to add flavour. The meat was "ok", but two tiny meat patties does not feel like a "double". I was still so hungry after, that I ate a double cheeseburger at McDonalds. It had more taste! Oh, and keep away from the rip-off 5 euro glass of cheap'n'nasty chilean wine. Our server was actually a nice person. I'll give them that. In conclusion, a burger and fries so badly created that the chef would lose their job in any country that respects a burger: USA, Canada, NZ, Australia, UK, even Germany! With all the good cafes in Paris, there is no need to come here. We were looking for a cafe near Rue St. Honore, when it began to rain. We ducked in to Razowski's. It looked trendy, and the tables under the awning were more than half full with a young crowd. We ordered a cafe creme and a cappuccino. The waiter brought a carafe of water, without us having to ask. That was the last good thing that happened. The coffee tasted mediocre, and the cappuccino didn't look anything like what a cappuccino should look like. We finished and asked for the check - 8 Euros, "service compris". I put down a ten and the waiter came by, picked it up and walked away. "Maybe he needs change.", I thought. But I'd never had a waiter in a French cafe not put down the change, immediately. The waiter never came back. Another waiter asked if we needed something, and I said "the change from my ten". He went away, too. Finally, we left, as I was not going to raise a ruckus over 2 Euros. They're only getting one star because the burger was decent. But don't get me wrong, everything is frozen then cooked. Fries, onion rings, etc. Then there was our server who initially appeared to be polite. We brought a frozen snack over from a local shop to eat while waiting for our food to be prepared. The server came over and told us that we would not be able to eat outside food in the restaurant so we put it away immediately. After that though...she gave us a nasty attitude for the rest of our time there. She literally slammed our food and drinks down on the table. The nachos that we ordered came as a bowl of tortilla chips with a side of guacamole and a side of cheese. That's not what we thought they would be. When we called her over and asked about them she said "that's how they com", then turned and walked away! Like couldn't be bothered! So once our meal was delivered (by a different server) we told her that we didn't want the nachos as they weren't what we were expecting. She then spoke with our original server (who said she was also the manager but we later found out that the manager wasn't on duty today) then told us that they could not be removed from the bill. Mind you, this is 5 euro on a 60 euro bill. Original server comes back to our table and asks "what is your problem?" We were taken aback by the aggression, but we calmly reminded her that we weren't happy with the nachos. She then blames us for ordering them because the cheese and guacamole are described on the menu as sides. We told her that the menu is only in French so we were unaware. She replied "Well why didn't you ask me? This is how nachos are served in France." Now I understand that going to another country, you should acclimate yourself to the culture. But come on. Nachos? That's pretty easy! Anyhow, she continued to blame us saying that we should have said something to her earlier. We reminded her that we did tell her at which point she became irate. Asking us "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE NACHOS? FINE! YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST ASKED NICELY!" Ummmmm...listen being publicly berated is not an option in customer service. She then continued to say disrespectful things to us in French thinking I couldn't understand her. I may not be able to read French fluently but I grew up in Europe and can understand it PERFECTLY! Completely intolerable. Ruined my appetite. Didn't make it through my meal. A separate "assistant manager" came by and offered us a free drink as reciprocity. So that was kind. I frequent Paris regularly. I had intended to go to Big Fernand across the street which is AMAZING but decided to try something new. NEVER AGAIN. Side bar: We are brown. The assistant manager who offered the free drink is brown. The original server is not. I didn't pull the race card but I can't help but to wonder. read more
