They brought us bread which was pizza crust delicious, I'm sure they have a pizza oven & by the way kitchen was underground because they had an elevator called dumb waiter to send up the food. We shared marscapone biscotti pistachio dessert OMG. Cappuccino for my husband and I had an Americano and I LOVE IT that they heated up the cream. Details are everything and simply delicious food. He asked me for the piece I bit into and I gave it to him without thinking I needed to take a photo of it. He took it to the back and threw it away! So he says it must have been a "nut". Obviously it was not a nut and the salad doesn't even have nuts in it! The staff... the man, the waitress, and the other server all as polite as can be start ignoring any of my requests to retrieve the piece I bit into and my requests to talk to a manager. It felt like they were laughing at my situation because every time I asked them a question, they would go talk to each other and laugh and would not answer the questions I was asking. Unhappy at not getting any sympathy from them or an apology, I finally asked them for more information about filing a claim for repairing my broken tooth and the server named Alice (I think... my French is bad), gave me the email address of someone to contact for Human Resources. They offered to have their insurance pay for any treatment so I guess I will take them up on it. I will update my review once they get back to me.
