So, I did my research (including, of course, Yelp) and picked Portland Medical Imaging. From first phone call to walking out the door, they aced it. Appointment? Easy, prompt, pleasant. Reception? Easy, friendly, accurate, pleasant. Wait time? None. I was taken in promptly at my appointment time. Facility? Immaculate. Supplies? Considerate. Locking lockers, take the key with you. Shorty gowns, so there isn't extra material to get in the way. Deoderant etc provided if you would like to use it. Coffee in the waiting room. Technician? Outstanding. Thorough. Careful, considerate, gentle. Personable and even funny. They've really got a good thing going; at this point, I would recommend them to friends and family without reservation. Note: I have not received results yet, so if they biff that and don't send them or something, I'll re-review. Also, I have another appointment with them for a different matter in a couple of weeks, so, of course, if my experience is vastly different, I'll re-review. While I was filling out my paperwork, a man came in and started apologizing rather loudly for his girlfriend's rude behavior a couple days earlier, which was also off putting. Once it was time for my MRI, I changed, then went into the MRI room. The person giving my MRI offered me headphones to listen to music of my choice, which was nice, because MRI machines are quite noisy. About a week later, I received very thorough results and notes from the doctor. Hopefully, I will not need a MRI again anytime soon, but if I do, I will choose another location.

It was easy to get to, to find, to park, and to get into the office even with my current sexiest Quasimodo leg drag. The office staff were extremely friendly and personable as soon as I gimped in. Had my file prepped for me and needed me to fill out the normal forms first. It is a small office and I think they may only have 2 imaging rooms so there is a wait which didn't bother me. Bring a book and earbuds and you'll be set. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 pm and I believe they escorted me into the room at 2:10 pm so not bad. The two women who did my imagining were extremely considerate of my comfort and my injury. I had to have both knees scanned which took an hour to do. They gave me pillows, blankets, headphones, and turned to the perfect 80s station. I got so comfortable I passed out for most of both sessions. My MRIs were done on a Thursday. The report and images were in my doctor's hands by my Wednesday appointment. I would highly recommend Clearview MRI.

They were able to schedule me same day, and the experience was very professional and empathetic. Getting a pelvic ultrasound is not the funnest thing, but the staff and ultrasound tech who worked with me was fantastic and kind, walking me through each step of the way and ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. The ambiance of music and light show of the ceiling was a great touch to make the experience less intense. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend this clinic and ultrasound experience to other patients!

Of the two doctors that I had dealings with, they were similar to the front desk female the I dealt with. Utterly dismissive, condescending and impatient, in conjunction with being extremely unprofessional. One of them clearly had alcohol on his breath. I lived in Silverton but this hospital is the reason why I moved all the way to Lake Osewego so that I can access better hospitals due to my lingering health issues. The nearest hospitals to Silverton are in Salem. Make, the commute if you can; if not, then you have my deepest sympathies.

She had been in ICU for months and is now in a rehab facility to finish her care and get PT to be able to walk again due to being bedridden in the Hosp for so long. She never once needed dialysis but since this she is now on three times a week. The rupture could have been avoided had this hospital called around to different hospitals until they found one able to take her. I live in a small community with a small hospital. If it is something we can't care for we call until we find a hospital who can take them. Life flight if necessary. I am not a Dr however even I know a bowel obstructions end in rupture.

Decided to try this location, inside Legacy Emanuel, since it's closest to my house, important when doing fasting labs. And near my gym so I could combine the two trips. Arrived 15 minutes prior, as instructed, and checked in using the QR code on my appointment confirmation text. Done. This was the only smooth part of the process. Took my seat and waited and waited. Helped several older people check in who didn't have a QR code, and the system requires so much info, and these folks just couldn't figure it out or stand there long enough to keep typing in all the required info. No one who works there offered to help, so this is how I passed the time. After 30 minutes I walked into larger waiting room to see where my name was on the scrolling board of waiting patients. My name wasn't even there! I found a worker to help me, she confirmed I had checked in, and told me to wait. Again. Finally I was told to go to the hallway of lab rooms and pick one and wait. Since room #1 was occupied and a technician was drawing blood, I chose #2 after seeing that 3 and 4 were empty. One would assume that I was next. Wrong. I waited and waited, got up a few times to check out the other rooms, was told to go back to my room and someone would be with me. I waited and waited while those who entered this area were seated, assisted, and left. It was maddening. Especially hearing one tech in particular chatting away as if he was at a cocktail party. Do your job! Our time is important, too. Finally a tech came to my room, made some small talk of which I wasn't interested in, but since she is the one with the needle and drawing blood, I smiled politely and answered her questions. Finally left, well past the hour mark, and went right to my car and my thermos of coffee waiting for me. Will never, ever choose this location again.
