He was able to repair my wheel within an hour for at least half the cost of a big name company. I ended up paying $45 for repairing about 70% of the rim lip. He did his best to mix paints and match the color, but the result was more than acceptable. I would go back to him for future repairs. Keep in mind it's a one man shop and cash only! I recommend calling ahead before dropping by.

Informed that i should be here this morning at 7:15 so that i could be the first car they worked on. I was here by 7:10, before some of the employees even got here. At least six cars have came in after me. They have completed the work on all of those cars and all I need is for my tires to be balanced. They've tried to up-sell me tires, even told me that my lugs needed to be "hammered" off. The best part is when an employee called me STUPID for asking what was going on, why is it taking so long, and why all of the vehicles that got here after I did are gone. I've asked for the number to corporate several times. (At least 10) It was just given to me after I believe it is the manager tried to explain that they need to use a different socket to get the lugs off. I kept asking where did the hammer come in at and if they had the socket, what's the problem. I keep getting the run around while they keep pulling other cars in and pulling them out. We have purchased these tires from Discount. (not this location) We've purchased ALL of the tires on all of our vehicles from Discount Tire. I've never been treated like this, felt like this or seen this happen before in my life. I am truly amazed, hurt and shocked. I know I'm in the south, but WOW! I recently bought a new set of tires for my truck. Today I received a letter of thanks for my purchase and was told that my purchase includes free tire balance and rotation every 8000 miles. It also includes free flat repair and alignment check. As a valued Tire Crew Customer it also includes free nationwide roadside assistance and towing. I know this sounds like an ad for The Tire Crew but it's because I'm so happy with my relationship with them through the years. I've had flats fixed for free on my wife's car. When her car had a low pressure warning I took it in and they checked it out and resolved the problem for free. They also do oil changes, brake jobs, batteries, suspension repairs and more. With respect to their knowledge, while I was having my new tires put on I overheard a telephone conversation with a customer which had nothing to do with tires. The associate behind the counter said he was familiar with symptoms she described, and did it do this when she did this. He was able to tell her exactly what she needed, looked it up and and ordered it for her. These guys are pros.
