The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.

Matt Jensen came out right away, checked my attic, got on my roof, and said I had a laundry vent that needed repair. He cleaned and sealed my laundry vent. No more leaks!!! This was 08.2021. Cost was $100. NOTE: Two other roofers wanted $400 to fix the problem!!! Fast forward to 05.2025. I noticed several black spots up high on my ceiling. Matt came out to check the spots. I wondered if it was mold...It was also cleaning day. It was determined by a long handled duster, that the black spots were just dust! Matt said "No charge" !!! We knew there was a risk of the job costing more than quoted because of shoddy materials from the previous roofer being used and Chad, our sales contact, was up front about that from the get go. We didn't end up using their financing but the process to apply was quick and simple. Then they had their gutter contractor come out to replace our gutters as well and they look wonderful (and work which is what matters most!). While there were issues, concerns or miscommunications we were always contacted quickly by Chad or Frank, their foreman, and walked through the problem with as much care as possible. I would absolutely use this company again and hope to for future repairs!
