Before ordering, we were specifically quoted $30 for the bottle. Based on that price, we agreed to order the champagne. When the bill arrived, we discovered that we had actually been charged $140 per bottle. That is a $220 difference for the two bottles from what we were quoted. Our final bill came to approximately $500 for two people, and we would absolutely have made a different decision had we been given the correct champagne price upfront. Customers should be able to trust the prices they are given before agreeing to an order. This experience was extremely disappointing and took away from what should have been a special evening. For a restaurant at this price point, we expected much better communication, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning as we tried to work with management and they would not refund us.
