My criticism with Pizza has always been lack of quality ingredients and Fred & Mandy go out of their way to keep the quality as high as they can with an excellent cheese blend and high quality Ham and small goods right down to an inhouse blended Tomatoe base. Serafino's also caters for Vegan and Vegetarian's as well as providing Gluten free Pizza Bases on request. With a proper kitchen they also turn out excellent quality Pasta's as well as other Bistro style dishes and they are also licensed to serve Beer, Wine and Spirits. Staff typical small town very polite, especially the few attractive young ladies.
