One of the great benefits of McDonalds is the global consistency, and traveling as much as I do the free wifi is amazing. Maybe being on vacation it's the access to the Wifi that makes me crave McDonalds. Well this time this McDonalds didn't disappoint with a great Egg McMuffin and hash brown but when I asked about wifi the staff said they don't offer free wifi to customers. Being on a driving trip around the Melbourne area we didn't stop at anymore McDonalds. But we did stop at Hungry Jacks, the Aussie Burger King and they had the needed wifi. McDonalds get your franchisees on board or dump them!!!!

My usual complaints with the food and staff at franchised or licensed food outlets were pleasantly laid to rest with the orders being correct, the product freshly cooked and of an unusually high standard. Both Drive thru and Counter orders have been spot on including napkins and refresher towels included, Popcorn chicken fresh and of a reasonable size, Chips fresh and salted and the cans of Pepsi being both clean on the outside and cold. Staff varies a bit but they have been both friendly and quick with a smile as well as seeming genuinely happy and Management staff obvious in their quality control efforts which is something I have found lacking elsewhere. In the past 6 or so months I have eaten at this KFC once or twice a week and I have yet to fault their service and quality.
