Just to make things even more unprofessional, he tried to explain that he had limited information and called it an honest mistake. I do not wish to share my personal information, including my driving record and address with others. his explanation: "this is an honest mistake and I am sorry this happened but no financial information was given and the information that was has and always will be public record" Really?????? Public record? My broker treats my information as public record? Probably it's time for a new broker who treats it as confidential information instead. The worst service experience ever.
