They followed all of my instructions carefully and made sure my belongings--especially fragile and breakable items--were packed securely and with great care. What stood out most was how thoughtful they were throughout the process. With kids in the home, they made sure everything stayed safe and organized while they worked, which gave me so much peace of mind. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and even finished earlier than expected. I scheduled them for three hours, and they got everything done in just two. We have a bunch of family coming to town tomorrow so the timing was awful. I made an online appt. late in the afternoon yesterday and received a time frame of Noon-2PM for today. Ralph called well within the time frame and let me know when he was expecting to arrive and he was on the dot. I really had no idea how much it was going to be as they don't give a quote until they see what you have. I appreciated that we were not obligated to use the service after they provided the quote. It was more then I was planning but once we factored in how many trips to the dump it would take for us to do it, the time (which we did not have) and the possibility of getting another flat tire from being out at the dump, like last time, we realized it was worth the price.
