Jason took ownership of the problem from the beginning. What ended up being a very unusual and difficult electrical issue required multiple repair attempts, replacement parts, and a lot of communication with Super73. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept working the problem, communicated directly with Super73 on my behalf, kept me informed, and never made me feel like I was being passed off or that the bike wasn't his problem just because I hadn't purchased it from them. Ultimately, the bike could not be successfully repaired and Super73 replaced it entirely. Jason played a major role in getting us to that resolution. Things go wrong with products. To me, good customer service is about what someone does when that happens, and Jason absolutely delivered.
