Ray, you really know what you're doing. Thanks for helping me get back to riding. Couldn't have done it without you!

I have purchased two bikes here, 1994 Sportster Deluxe and 2017 Softail Slim, just love them…read more I was in the area so I stopped by to look at clothes. I saw a hat that popped, Kay came by and asked me if I needed anything. I needed a new phone case, but forgot the make of the mounting bracket, she looked me up and found my original purchase. Then Kay asked if I had rewards, I said probably with my credit card. I was informed of an additional reward program and she helped me set that up. Looks like I can get points for maintenance that I need. Additionally she showed the new shirts with vents, very cool. She showed me a picture of her Softail Slim which is beige, mine is black. Kay was so friendly and provided top shelf customer service.

My experience with this dealership has been frustrating…read more I signed up for the Motorcycle Course, paid $425, 7am-5pm which is 10 hours, on the first day, we were let go EARLY at 2.30PM. I was running 30 minutes late the next day due to a work meeting with the Fire Department, I can't do anything about that and Chris the instructor said I was unfortunately "too late". Even though he let us out 2.5 Hours EARLY the previous day. I spoke with Ollie and gave me an option of just randomly showing up at 7am and cross fingers someone did not show up to class and I take their seat. I am an employed adult. How about make a courtesy space for one and give me a date where I can join the 2nd day of the course instead of me having to wake up at 6am and POSSIBLY snatching a seat, if not, they are just gonna send me home. This is how they treat their potential customers? At the same time I've been spammed by their sales team 3-4 texts a week for an entire month asking to see their showroom when I can't even land a spot to do my 2nd day on the course, I don't even have the license! I am writing this review, already knowing I am highly likely going to take a loss on the $425. The course is designed for unemployed or young adults who have availability all week. I will attempt to go and see if I can snatch a seat before my 60 days is up, but if that doesn't happen, I'll go take the Safety Course on Mather and buy a bike somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous no one at scheduling can put a name on a schedule and pull out an extra bike. These guys sell motorcycles, I can't imagine that they are so busy they cannot do this and give me a time and place. Especially when they let you out 2.5 hours EARLY then won't let you in if you're 20-30 minutes late with a valid emergency/excuse.
