If I made brisket and it came out like this, I would immediately throw it in my trash can and order pizza for my guests. Giant waste of money. It looked bad but I thought maybe there was a chance because the ribs were amazing. I took a single bite, spit it out and then threw it all away. For expensive as it is to eat out, they should not be service garbage like this. If it weren't for the ribs this would be a 1 star review.
