My best friend is a military surplus nut, so we decided to stop in. First thing we encountered was a set of bins out front just full of junk, literally junk... Inside, it looked like a secondhand store stuck in the 90's. Politically incorrect things that are way past their prime. They had a few neat items in the surplus area, but they were severely worn and didn't warrant the price. During the entire 20 minutes we were in there, the owner was behind the counter completely silent and stoic, working on restoring something to sale condition. It seems somewhat odd, but I felt really uncomfortable in here, like we had walked into some hidden front for a questionable back business.
