After two minor accidents in less than six months, plus an unrelated power window issue that started before the second accident, I can't say enough good things about James and everyone at Mr. Cool's Collision. From the very first interaction, the whole team made a stressful situation feel manageable. They were warm, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with, and both repairs were finished ahead of schedule. Each time I picked up my car, it looked fantastic - clean, restored, and like nothing had ever happened. What really set them apart, though, was what happened months later. About eight months after my second repair, I was still dealing with the power window problem. Since it had nothing to do with collision work, James could have easily brushed it off and sent me elsewhere. Instead, he took the time to track down the issue and made sure my windows were working again. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it meant a lot. After a bad experience at a chain auto repair shop, this level of honesty, care, and accountability was an enormous relief. If you're a woman who's ever felt dismissed or has been taken advantage of when it comes to repairs, you probably know exactly how much that matters. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing collision repairs, I highly recommend Mr. Cool's Collision.

He promptly put the rental on his account so my needs were met. Garret's estimate was very accurate and mentioned to the insurance company that once they took the bed apart, he suspected the damage was going to be more extensive. He was correct and supported it with pictures. The quality of the repair was excellent and the custom care was as well. Yes there were some set backs but Garret kept me informed along the way and stayed on top of all issues. Definitely would recommend their services and would go back. In fact, I am taking my wife's car in for some cosmetic touch ups.

When I Brought my truck to them, they were very dismissing of my concerns, and it was an overall terrible experience. I decided at that moment that they would not be working on my truck. After talking to several people in the auto industry, everyone said that Joe Neubert was the best place in town for auto body work, so I went to Joe Neubert and my experience was exceptional. They listened to my concerns and did an amazing job repairing my truck. I can't see any evidence of the damage from the accident. When they were looking at the damage to my truck bed, I also pointed out a really nasty scrape on the side of my truck bed that had been there since before the accident. I asked if they would please work up a separate estimate for me apart from the insurance claim and they agreed to do that. When it was time to pick up my truck, I realized that they never sent me the separate estimate for the nasty scrape on the side of my truck bed. To my surprise and delight, they just decided to fix it for free! Thank you Joe Neubert Collision. You have an outstanding reputation in Knoxville from people in the auto industry. I'm glad I asked around. Also, I forgot to mention, their estimate came in $500 cheaper than the previous collision center.
