In my first appointment, Ali listened to me carefully, examined my shoulder, neck and limited movement. He diagnosed it's frozen shoulder, explained what are the stages of frozen shoulder, took the time to show me what muscles/tendons are causing the pain, what should or shouldn't I do and planed a treatment routine using manual stretches (very painful!!), Laser, ultrasound, Acupuncture twice a week. After few weeks, my range of motions increased and had less pain. He even thought me how to put a pillow under my shoulder and arm at night so there is less pressure on my shoulder so I can get some sleep. He is very professional, knowledgeable, informative and cares about his patients. She is amazing and very professional friendly lady. She helped me so much I am able to lift my arm now very high and rotate it to the back. I could not do this before because of the pain I felt. I had tried 2 Cortisone injections before ,ultrasound guided at a hospital, but did not help me at all . Well 8 weeks and $1,200 later I was worse than when I started and he had actually done more damage to my neck. To this day, I still cannot turn my head fully from left to right. The only saving grace was the massage therapist at the clinic I saw at the same time as I was getting treated and that eased my muscles and pain a bit. If I could give a zero rating I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
