Had the car in and the transmission line wasn't put back properly, had to get a master mechanic over in my driveway to put it back so the car was usable. Then had it towed to them and they did repair it for parts cost only, but for a family vehicle and tow it was strike one. Next it was the second time the brake pad sensor failed after coming out of their shop after they did rotors/pads. No memory of it happening before (i finally remembered after reviewing old invoices) Asked them to contact a local shop so i didn't have to have it towed over to them again and they got too busy to do it. Called again the next day and they did call the local shop but forgot if it was the front or rear sensor. I had already ordered both from napa so i told them to just credit my account for the next work we did together when we weren't on vacation and they said to just work with the new mechanic since i didn't want to work with them, i just laughed and hung up. Oh and the new text messaging system they put in isn't monitored and half the staff doesn't have access to it or it doesn't work properly so don't get excited thinking it will make it any easier to keep track of things...

It felt like a pit stop. 4 men two on each side jacked up and removed the tires. The tires were waiting and after they were presented to me for approval they were mounted, balanced and installed. In the middle of a long drive, we felt a pronounced wobble while driving our Jeep and happened upon Herb's to get it checked out. So glad we did! Joe and Maria quickly welcomed us, diagnosed the issue (was a worn tire down to the rim!), delivered a new set of 4 top quality tires, and installed them all within 2 hours. Professional service that included great advice on our vehicle's issues, and which things needed to be addressed now or later. Joe is a pro! While waiting in the lobby, Maria visited with our 5 year old daughter and even gifted her a beautiful wind chime before sending us on our way. Check out her shop in the lobby, it's very cute! We were so lucky to find Herb's before our tire blew, and so thankful to everyone at the shop for helping us so quickly! We are safely back on the road and appreciate the expert service in a place we don't know well. Thank you so much!
