I call my salesman named John and he schedules an appointment to get the windshield resealed a few days later. I drive from Odessa to midland and wait over 30 minutes just for them to tell me they never scheduled the appointment at the windshield company and to go back the following week. I go to the next appointment the lady tells me if it starts leaking again than I will need my windshield replaced. I wait over a week to take it for a car wash to test it out and it starts leaking down by the gas pedal. I call John and he says it might be a manufactured problem to take it to GMC in Odessa. I call them and they are booked up to 3 months in July . I finally get my vehicle looked at in Mid-July they say it is still the windshield and the water is traveling down both sides. He tells me to call the dealership I purchased the vehicle from to get the windshield replaced since it had already been previously resealed. I've been calling them since Mid-July and they have not answered nor called me back! I cannot drive it in the rain because it starts to leak a lot of water and I'm afraid it's going to affect the wiring. I've spoken to John, Abdul, Annie and Sal. NONE of them have called me back and I've left many voicemails! Absolute poor customer service, poor communication and bad Management!

I called four different on the fifth week and tried to talk to my service advisor for an update. No returned calls were made by the advisor. So I waited a few days and called again and finally was able to speak to the advisor. She told me that she does not return calls until she knows what is wrong with the vehicle. I told her that was unprofessional and if they had not figured out the problems all she had to do was text or leave a message and I would have accepted that response. Sara E said that is not how she does her return calls. T make a long story short. The car was repaired correctly they kept it for 2.5 months. I had to call and see if it was ready to pickup. Horrible communication on their part. I have several vehicles and this locations service department is the worst. I actually went to the dealership three different times to see how busy the service reps were. I didn't talk to anyone but I stood over in the parts hallway and watched them mess with their personal phones and they received no business phone calls and none of them were working on their computers or paper work for about ten minutes each time I just stopped by. I wanted to see if they actually were that busy. I'm sure there is a shortage of mechanics and I know Midland, Tx is busy. But their service communication and turn around time on completing jobs is horrible. They gave me back a dirty car. You would have thought they could have at least washed it. The reason we ended up buying one because they were offering a lifetime battery replacement and lifetime tires replacement. We always have heard Subaru's are awesome vehicles and the company itself also. We went back about a year later to get our free battery replacement and they said they could not do that because they sold the dealership and no longer offer that or lifetime tires. I'm not saying don't buy a Subaru just don't buy anything from this dealership because they don't stand behind their word. After hearing back that the one I found was still available, he went on over to take a look at it and LOVED IT! He said he had a great experience with the salesman! Said he wasn't pushy and was able to give him what he wanted. The one issue he had was that initially he went to the (Regular) Sewell Ford... unaware that there was a separate location for the used vehicles. He said he waited about 35 minutes here before someone even came over to him. Odd because car salesmen usually pounce. (???) That's when he was informed that the used lot was over on 8th street. All in all, we are really happy with our purchase!
