Title: Damaged my BMW 550 Black Avoid Lochmoor Collision on…read moreMack in St.Clair Shores, MI. 48080 I brought my BMW 550 here to repair a scraped front bumper from a minor mishap with a planter. They charged me over $600.00 and finished the car in just one day, but the quality of the bumper repair was poor.Worse yet, when I got home, I discovered new scratches all along the passenger side and on the rear bumper. My car was in beautiful, pristine condition when I dropped it off. I am incredibly meticulous with my vehicle and only ever hand-wash it to prevent scratches. When I confronted the shop, they claimed the damage happened at a car wash.By law, I gave them the opportunity to polish the scratches out. They did a horrible job, and the damage is still clearly visible. The owner refused to give my husband our money back and was very defensive. If you care about your car don't take it to this business.

We had our car towed to Caliber Collisin (Roseville Location) after a tree limb fell on it smashing the windshield, the hood and scratching most of the car. Oh this was a big job and on top of that it was a convertible Porsche. Before calling Caliber Collision, we called several other shops and they were intimidated by working on a Porsche. However, Steve and his team didn't even hesitate! The car was fixed properly and it looked brand new when we got it back! Five stars all the way, and we would like to add one more for being the best of the best in the business so 6 stars for Caliber Collisin!
