He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. I was half convinced we'd end up with at least one of us crying in each shot, one with their eyes closed, and one hitting someone else. But Heidi made this such an easy endeavor- she's so fun and great with the kids, and most of all, everything felt relaxed and natural. I really dislike overly posed or contrived looking photos, but everything came out looking so real. No cheesy poses or smiles! She even managed to get some good ones of me!
