He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. I loved that he made us feel at home and it was enjoyable! He taught us different poses and made it simple as possible. It was such a fun day! LOL The week before our engagement photos he even called me to talk about attire and it was really nice of him to talk about what would be best to wear and he really wanted us to look perfect on that day and suggested many different outfits and even asked if he could see what we got planned to see if it would go well with the theme etc. it was really considerate of him to take the time to reach out to us and care about our wardrobe and how the pictures will look with certain attire. Don sent us a lot of engagement photos and they all turned out beautifully!! I was very impressed and I am excited to work with him on videography and photography for our wedding day. When I had the pictures taken it was amazing. The results were less than amazing. I did feel a bit like I was put on the spot during the photo reveal and had to say how much I loved them. Honestly they just looked generic. Worst part is I thought my husband would love them and I was being overly critical of pictures of myself, judging myself unfairly. After giving them to him for Valentine's day I could tell he didn't care much for them. Dennis, the owner of this company treats people like complete crap…read more He is apart of the issues we have going on in St.Charles county with people being completely arrogant, rude and aggressive towards others. Hes one of those guys that would probably shoot someone and road rage over damn near nothing. Dennis was cussing, yelling and being aggressive towards walmart employees one day over the summer. Calling the Walmart employees all kinds of nasty names (such as c0cksụcker) all because, his tire hadn't arrived yet to be installed on his vehicle. Walmart had to tell him they would be calling the cops if he didnt leave. An employee was recording Dennis because he acting like a clown. The whole shop was ready to give Dennis what he deserves, but they would have probably gotten fired which is why he walked away to begin with. He thinks hes a big tough guy, but yet hes soft little guy treating people in the community like that. Little did Dennis know that this would come back on his reputation and be posted to his company reviews. Do not support this clown. There are plenty of other (WAY BETTER) photographers who are actually good people, even when they dont get their way or get what they want. This guy is an amateur at best. My iPhone could take better photos than his quality anyway.
