On November 19, 2024, my community in Sudden Valley, WA was hit by a bomb cyclone that took out 14 trees on my street alone. Falling trees hit three homes, but luckily as far as I am aware no one was injured. I had 8 trees that had to be removed from my property. After surveying everything, Ben Rawls brought in 2 large cranes and a crew of about 18 workers to cut and lift the trees over my home. I was informed that my property was one of two of the most difficult properties to clear. He and his crews were extremely efficient and professional. Not only did they clear the trees from my property they cleaned up the streets on their way out. When it was all said and done, I was left with tens of thousands of doallrs in costs. When it came time to meet with the insurance adjuster, Ben showed up to explain his company's work. His input likely saved me more than 85% of what I would have had to pay. Excellent value and service. I called for a quote and Ben responded very quickly. Once we agreed on the price, the crew was on site in 30 minutes! (I think the immediate response was a bit lucky, due to job site proximity and window of availability, but it was pretty impressive.) They removed three large trees from my property in about 2 hours. The crew did an exceptional job removing the trees, cleaning the branches and stacking the rounds. Removing large trees isn't cheap, but the price was reasonable and the service was top notch. Professionalism. I see that term in a lot of reviews. This is something that has gone by the wayside in the current market with lots of demand. This crew blew my mind. They have a tone of 100% taking care of the customer. Rawls cut down three or our large cedars, a complicated maple cluster, and ground out four stumps. They were professional, took safety seriously, kind, courteous, friendly, and did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish, going the extra mile to take and blow the driveway of debris. Having Rawls come and work on our property was one of the most positive experiences we have had with ANY such work. A crew of 11 very competent and very busy fellows came over and spent more then three hours, removing several wind damaged trees, plus a 70 foot fir that was threatening the house, did fruit tree pruning, and various other assorted tasks.
