I bought a brand new set of wheels and a used set in december 2020. The salesmen and manager were great at the time. Spent 2200$ cash on spot. Had a vibration after they installed the wheels on my honda. Took my car to the dealer as i dont have time in my busy life to look into everything myself, they gave me a few recommendations and parts to replace, i did so as i could over the last 6 months or so. After all said and done, learned my wheels from rentawheel were causing the vibration. Called them, spoke with the manager and sales associate and neither one of them cares one bit. Wont offer me and sort of help, and i actually got attitude from the sales associate when i was asking for their help. Never will i buy anything from this useless company or go in there to be given attitude by their useless employees. I am a big part of the automotive community in this area, and i will be telling everyone who comes to my shop to never step foot in their building. I hope they read this and regret the decisions they have made. Offer a warranty or close your doors, rentawheel employees are snakes. read more

I came here to get rims for my truck and left with SO much more. Mrs. Tia was not only engaging but very warm and friendly. I am truly a picky person and she really let me take my time and go through different styles to see what I liked. What's funny is, I ended up going with the rims SHE chose!!! I was there for a little bit longer than I thought, but it was a Friday and she had to squeeze me in. I didn't mind at all because the place wasn't all dirty, the bathroom was SURPRISINGLY clean, and she even ordered her crew pizza and asked myself and the other 2 guys that were there what they liked, so she could share with us! I came to this location to have a patch done on my tire September 2, 2016 since it was going flat. They repaired my tire and I left the location. On September 16, 2016, the same Tire begin to go low again. So I contacted location and went back to have them take a look at it again. They told me that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was just low on pressure. They filled my tire back up to make the pressure correct and I left . I noticed my tire getting low again on September 23, 2016, called the location again and explain that my tire was getting low and it needs to be looked at. Arrived at the location and waited 2 hours for my tired to be looked at. I was told again they didn't see anything wrong with it but they filled it back up again to correct the pressure in the tire. I asked why was it going low and I was told they don't know. After two times of my tire being low I would think that they would be able to provide me an answer. I'm not a tire technician but I do know when I'm riding on a bad tire. Unfortunately, as of today 10/6/16, my tire is going flat AGAIN! This is now becoming frustrating. I do not have time to keep worrying about a tire going flat, stranded on the side of the road, and wasting my time going back and forth to the store to 'supposedly' have the tire fixed. Very bad communication!!! I had an issue with my bank not refunding money for a fraud so I set up a payment arrangement. The day of, a rep called me harassing me about the payment AFTER I had already spoken to a manager and made the arrangements. They say the "provide" a free front wheel alignment but every time I go to Pep Boys and they call to verify, Shondra NEVER gives them the correct information. I have NEVER been late but they keep calling me and one of my references before it is due. NEVER use them! Spend the extra money and go to a dealership. read more

I highly recommend no one go to this place for anything for the simple fact is that the manager said i could keep my stock tires there until i was able to get time off work he said that was ok. I went back a couple of days ago to pick them up and come to find out my tires have disappeared . The manager said that wasn't his problem and that they were not going to replace them. I'm not the only person that this has had this happen to them. The manager is unprofessional, irigant and rude knowing how he is he probably sod them abs kept the money or kept them for his own vehicle. Don't trust this company this could happen to you.
