The shop normally closes at 6 PM on Friday - Sunday, but the shop was still somehow open at 8 PM on Saturday while Damnoen Saduak (DS) Night Market was on in early August (the night market has since been permanently closed starting August 17th, 2026). [Parking]: Metered parking only with several paid parking lot options available in Chinatown. There are some free parking spots along Yale St. & College St. [Selection]: The shop offers various cute T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, hats, art prints, red envelopes, stickers (buy 5 stickers get the 6th free), magnets, keychains, canvas totes, etc. All designs are original and created by Chunky's artists. This is one of the few gift shops with a big design focus on Shohei and his dog Decoy. Customers can add a frame to any art print for $15. [Conclusion]: This is a very small gift shop with no AC so it can get stuffy here. Personally, I think this gift shop has some of the better one-of-a-kind Asian inspired designs that are out there and I can see myself coming back here to get their unique red envelopes or Shohei/Decoy gear if I need some.

If you like hunting for cheap treasures this is the place to go with random things like magnet toys, hell money, fake gag poops, incense, and plastic swords. Located in Central Plaza, its the area of Chinatown that used to be for tourists. Central Plaza was a romanticized take on China with colorful "chinese" buildings and string-lights and lanterns for night. It's survived so long a shame so much has fallen into disarray, I especially miss the wishing fountain. Luckily Import Bazaar is still running strong. The store itself is small with tight aisles packed from floor to ceiling with lots of different stuff. They try to cluster like-items together so it helps a bit. I personally love the chaos and the store frozen-in-time. My kid was so bombarded with the crazy variety of items here he had a hard time choosing what he wanted. Tucked in the Central Plaza, which was opened and dedicated the same year Sincere opened, you can find it across from the fountain where people throw their pocket change, aiming for the receptacles labeled "Wealth," "Health," and "Luck." Tourists love Sincere for the shopping, perusing their stock of fans, lanterns, figurines, porcelain, hats, and other knickknacks after they bang on the gongs at the front entrance for "Good Luck" and "Money" and rub the giant Buddha statue's well-worn belly that greeted them as they entered. I dig Sincere for the things hanging above the shelving -- ceremonial dragon and lion heads, giant Peking opera masks, and massive lanterns -- and the nice people who own the place. It's one of the few shops left that embodies the old spirit of Chinatown.

DO NOT COME HERE IT IS *NOT* AN LGBT+ FRIENDLY SPACE. TIGER THE OWNER IS A TERF!!!! NOT AN LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I came here about a year and half ago and didn't really think about writing this review until now, and a lot of that had to do with my own privilege as a cis woman, and for that I apologize. So, I came here because my friend was dying for me to get my cards read. To which I agreed to, and to be quite honest, the card reading was pretty mediocre and that's coming from someone who is not a skeptic. Afterward, I got to talking with Tiger and my friend, and the conversation was infuriating. Tiger had said to us that the creation of gender neutral language (they/them) and the 'idea' of non-binary people was government propaganda to take away momentum for the cis-woman's agenda. She also kept saying that the majority of enby folks are "women" completely disregarding the existence of non-binary people. I also came to find out her opinions on trans pride movements and how she also feels that the trans movement takes away attention from the 'feminist' movement. All of this was said while in her shop. I cannot in good faith recommend this establish to anyone in the lgbtq+ community, or anyone else who calls themself an ally/co-conspirator. Nor can I support someone whose values do not include everyone who is affected by patriarchy and white supremacy. I hope this helps anyone of my lgbtq+ siblings. read more

I have also enjoyed the handmade soaps and other lovely, fragrant body products. I have often admired the jewelry on display, made by artisans running small businesses.
