While the FREE wireless internet may be slow, it IS free - so if you don't like it, pony up some $$ to cox you cheap f$!k. The pools are awesome and immaculate. Everything is clean, and maintenance keeps the grounds looking nice year round. When something is broke, it gets fixed - FAST. As far as the office staff goes, they are some of the nicest I've every met. I've lived in apartments for 14 years, and this is the by far the best complex in Omaha. I get same day texts/phone calls when I have a package, and the staff always greets me by name - with a great big smile. Sounds like the other reviewer is just someone who walks through life with a chip on their shoulder. No wonder they didn't like you!! Now go feed your face with some doughnuts and stop your whining.

The pool was supposed to close at nine but rarely did on weekends with lots of parties. You could tell lots of the people using the pool weren't from the complex but management obviously couldn't. If you live in 2840 the noise from deliveries to Rosa at 4 o'clock in the morning is ridiculous. Steer clear.

Well we don't like this place. It depends on neighbors for sure. We asked if there were kids above…read moreus and we were told No. Later we find there is a toddler above us and 2 very loud parents. Legally they can't tell is if there are kids but No is very different than "we can't tell you". The 3 gorillas make out lives miserable and the office won't help. I even contacted the company and they said we could move apartments but we would have to pay all the OPPD, MUD, COX, and moving costs so it wasn't worth it. That's about $200. When we moved in there was abrown substance leaking from the frig I cleaned up. It smells really bad. A window was broken. We were missing window screens and carpet was pulling up. We were not happy. Also they gave us paperwork about moving in fees which was hard to figure out since the office person could not explain it well. So we were surprised about some stuff. When we were in the office after moving in another couple was confused as well and going through the same struggle to figure out what fees were needed. Our lovely neighbors like to play in the dirt and then sweep in down to our deck so we can't keep anything really on the deck because it gets covered with soil. We told the office but they can't do anything. The lake is nice if you like being woken at 5am by ducks and geese. The air conditioning and heat are SO LOUD. We have to turn up the tv and yell at eachother when it's on. The air intake is right in the living room and it's deafening. I don't recommend this place at all. It's run down and not well maintained. The pool and workout area are under construction and have been since we moved in. We have now been here for 6 months and the fire alarm for the entire building has falsely gone off 4 times! It of course is deafening but when its a false alarm it serves only as a complete disruption and headache.
