Special thanks to Gaby for helping me coordinate so many things I wouldn't have even thought of--she's made a world of difference and taken so much stress off my plate. Also big thanks to Virginia Cabrera, my enrollment worker I've worked with for many years, and to Stacy Gongora for expertly handling prior authorizations. Appointment wait time is approximately 1 week, 2 weeks at most. I have seen a person walk in without an appointment, if it is urgent. While other doctors may say they are too booked and send you to hospital emergency room or Urgent Care, the staff graciously accommodated him. This puts me at ease, if you wake up sick or your child is sick they will not dump you on someone else. There were a couple of people waiting when I came in but was seen within 15 minutes. Another two people, different ones, when I left. My second time, 4 people were waiting. They don't seem to overbook and move fast.
